Our extensive systems and procedures, certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards, assure our customers receive quality products compliant to their individual requirements. With over 300,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities, H-P provides tubular solutions to customers throughout North America for many of today’s most technically challenging applications. The primary focus for H-P is the manufacture of multi-bend, 3-D multiplane fabrications with custom end forming operations. Producing multiple configurations in small and medium quantity production runs is one of our specialties. H-P’s core competency is our bending technology, where capabilities range from 5/8” OD through 6” OD tubing utilizing CNC Rotary Draw bending, and through 10” OD using NC Rotary Draw bending. Additional capabilities include welding, machining, end forming, prototyping and reverse engineering. The selection of tooling and machinery at H-P is incomparable in the industry and offers over 1600 combinations of tube and pipe OD, wall thickness and bend radius. Whether you require a simple 90 degree bend or a complex multi-bend, multi-plane assembly, we have the process and capabilities to meet your needs.

LASER CUTTING The 4000W, 6-axis CNC laser can cut various shapes in numerous materials including: sheet, plate, tubing, structural steel, stamped parts and bent parts. CNC laser technology allows H-P to create your custom tubular solutions with greater precision and consistency, while reducing lead times. The laser can handle the following materials: • Aluminum: 3/8” maximum thickness • Stainless: 1/2” maximum thickness • Carbon: 7/8” maximum thickness • Plate/Sheet: 5’ x 10’ maximum • Tubing: up to 11” OD
WELDING H-P employs the most up-to-date and efficient welding technologies in order to supply you with the most cost-effective solutions. In addition, our welders undergo rigorous training to ensure the highest quality welds with consistent craftsmanship. H-P welding procedures are certified to standards of the American Welding Association (AWS) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). END FORMING H-P has the capability to produce the end form configurations you require. You can access the wide assortment of existing tools that provide industry-standard end forms, or request special end forming. H-P’s in-house team of designers and toolmakers will help to develop

the exact end form you require. Typical End Forms that we provide include: Swaging, Flaring, Beading, Expanding, Facing, Sizing, Marmon Ends, Dimpling, Punching, Coping, Threading and Victaulic Grooving.
PROTOTYPING Save time with H-P’s prototyping capabilities for when you want to ensure a part will work in your application. You can have a prototype of your part built to make sure it will meet your requirements before going through the formal part creation and approval process.
REVERSE ENGINEERING For the times when you have a physical part you need, but do not have the drawings or specifications for the part, H-P offers Reverse Engineering. H-P can create the drawings and specifications to duplicate the production of the existing part.

Heat Wrap Heat Wrap
H-P offers both Alum-a-Fiber Blanket and Applied Wrap Insulation that can withstand temperatures up to 2300° F. Alum-a-Fiber blankets are

custom tailored for each application. Applied wrap insulation can be utilized on any shaped and sized tubing and can be further insulated with durable flex sleeves that protect from puncture. Additional heat wrap technologies are available upon request.

Product Planning H-P’s commitment to quality starts with the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. APQP is a system designed to manage concept development, prototype and production of your product. The system ensures every step in the product planning process is completed to your expectations. H-P’s APQP system is both flexible enough to allow rapid prototyping, yet detailed enough to deliver PPAP’s, FMEA’s and Process Control Plans when required.
Purchasing H-P works with suppliers to improve quality and responsiveness, while maintaining the lowest possible costs. H-P’s approach includes: • Long-term, well-established supplier relationships • A vendor certification program based upon repetitive product receipts without performance issues • Large volume, mill direct shipments of stock materials • S pecialized supplier managers, resulting in superior commodity knowledge and cost effectiveness • O ur own in-house material specifications that meet or exceed industry standards
Stock Inventories A large selection of standard stock tubing is available ranging from 1” OD through 10” OD. Material not in stock can normally be supplied within days through our network of local distributors.
