Venue COSTA NAVARINO - THE DUNES COURSE Former Ryder Cup Captain and US Masters Champion Bernhard Langer, in association with European Golf Design, is the architect of the first 18-hole signature designed golf course in Greece. Much of the contouring mirrors the rugged outlines of the distant mountains. Close to the sea, there is a links-like feel; further inland, it reflects a more typically Greek landscape of olive and citrus groves, and there are large undulating greens, wide fairways and steep-faced pot bunkers. Primarily a resort course, the variety of tee placements on offer means that it will be hugely enjoyable for the casual golfer whilst at the same time an exhilarating challenge for the best players. Measuring a full 6,018 meters from the championship tees down to just under 5,000 meters from the front, the playing areas are generously wide and cater for the occasionally breezy conditions so close to the sea.

COSTA NAVARINO - THE BAY COURSE Just a few minutes from Navarino Dunes, at the Navarino Bay development, the Bay Course offers an alternative set of challenges and choices in a quite different setting. Designed by leading American architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., it plays a little shorter than the Dunes Course at 5,760 metres from the back tees. The par 71 course places a slightly greater emphasis on strategic play and positional golf. The Seaside, Canyon, and Grove holes provide striking contrasts that create a dramatic and memorable golf round. The course plays to a par of 71 from a variety of lengths designed to test the golfing skills of amateurs and pros alike. The imaginative layout offers panoramic seaside and mountain views, including several holes that play directly along the sea and two directly overlooking the historic bay of Navarino.

Competition Schedule Wednesday 16 September Teams Arrival & Registration Official Practice Day - a courtesy practice round is available for competitors. Practice rounds may be booked after the closing date. Thursday 17 September Qualifying Round 1 (Stroke Play) - all competitors will play the first Championship round. Friday 18 September Qualifying Round 2 (Stroke Play) - all competitors will play the second Championship round . Saturday 19 September Qualifying Round 3 (Stroke Play) - all competitors will play the third Championship round. Closing Ceremony and Prize-giving - all competitors are invited to attend the presentation of the winning medals at The DUNES Clubhouse. Sunday 20 September Teams Departure.

Tournament Conditions 1. The Tournament shall be decided by strokes over three rounds of 18 holes each, which shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by R&A Rules Ltd and in accordance with the Local Rules approved by the Tournament Committee. 2. Specimen conditions in the Rules of Golf are in effect as regards Driving Clubs and Conforming Golf Balls. 3. Entrants must be amateur as defined by the current Rules of Amateur Status. 4. The Tournament shall be played over two golf courses. The DUNES course and The BAY course at Costa Navarino. 5. In the event of a tie after three rounds, the competitors who tie shall play a hole by hole (sudden death) play-off to determine the winner. All other ties (including Net ties) shall be decided by a card play-off over the final 18 holes or last 9, 6, 3 holes or last hole. If there is still a tie, the scores for the second round shall be treated in the same way until a decision is reached. 6. Nations Cup (Team Award) will be also held over 36 holes on the first two days. 7. For the Team Award, any country may nominate teams of two or three players, the two lowest scores in the first two rounds to count, ties to be decided by card play-off over the last 18, 9, 6, 3 or 1 hole(s). In the event of a further tie, this shall be decided by card play-off over the last 9, 6, 3 or 1 hole(s) of the first round. 8. Prizes will be awarded in terms of Gross (Team and Individual) and Net basis. 9. Caddies are NOT permitted during tournament play. 10. Team Advisors can not be appointed for this competition. 11. Distance measurement devices will be permitted (only measuring distance). 12. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without assigning a reason.

13. The competitor shall start at the time laid down by the Committee, who reserves the right to fix and / or alter starting times and to alter or amend any of the Conditions. 14. The Committee’ s decision in all disputes is final. 15. Lockers will be available for the teams free of charge. Please do not leave any valuables in the lockers. 16. This is a walking competition. No buggies are allowed. 17. Manual trolleys will be available free of charge 18. A reasonable standard of dress is required at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. Jeans, tee shirts and track-suits are not permitted. Caps and hats are not permitted in the clubhouse. Only soft spikes are permitted on the course. Mobile phones must be switched off on the course.

Entry Conditions 1. Entries will only be considered from junior Boys & Girls, with a handicap of 24.0 or under for Boys and a handicap of 28.0 or under for Girls. (EGA Exact Handicaps) 2. Entrants must be under 18 years of age on 31st December 2015. The Committee may request the production of a birth certificate of any competitor either before or during the Tournament. 3. All entries will be submitted using the entry form on tournament’ s web site at: www.hgf.gr (also available in this document) NB: Please note that full payment of the entry fee must be made at the time of entry. 4. Entrants must be an active member of a recognized Golf Club and must attach current certificate at the time of entry (file format: gif/jpg/doc/pdf) or email / post within 5 days from date of entry. NB: Please note that handicap verification must be received by the closing date at the latest. 5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Monday 17 August 2015. 6. The entry fee is 50 -EUR and includes competition and practice round. Payment information can be found below in section: HGF - Payment Details. 7. Entry fees will not be refunded unless intimation of withdrawal is received before the closing date or in the case of a player's unsuccessful entry. 8. Competitors must register in person at the championship office at the venue, by 6 pm on the day prior to the start of the competition. 9. At registration, all competitors must show an up-to-date handicap certificate. The handicap declared at Registration will be the handicap used throughout the week for the qualifying rounds. 10. Team nominations must be submitted, signed by an official of the players’ National Association, and reach the Hellenic Golf Federation not less than seven days before the Tournament. Should one or more of the nominated players be incapacitated by illness, accident or other unavoidable occurrence, the nominated reserve or reserves may be substituted, in order of selection, up to the advertised time of starting of the affected player or players.

Players Information 1. Practice tee times will be available on Tuesday September 15th, 2015. During practice rounds only one ball shall be in play with the following exception: if a player misses the green with his shot to the green, he may play one additional shot. 2. Practice balls will be available free of charge at the driving range. Practice balls cannot be used on the championship course. 3. Pro shop with golf equipment and clothing is located in the club house. 4. Golf bag storage will be available in the club house. 5. Tournament information, draws, results and pictures will be available on the Hellenic Golf Federation web site during the tournament.
