Main Spindle The 7kW motor delivers high RPM to the spindle without causing vibration and allows for rigid tapping up to 6,000 RPM.

Automatic Operation System

The table size for the i-CUT 380M is 600mm x 380mm (23.6″ x 15″) and the i-CUT420M is 800mm x 420mm (31.5″ × 16.5″).

Dual Table

i-CUT380MD

Gantry Loader System

The automatic index table is incorporated into the standard design of the machine on the i-CUT 380MD. Both sides are completely separated by a heavy-duty guard. Because the table remains stationary during cutting, work can be safely set up on the table side not being machined on.

Robot System

The table itself rotates 180 degrees via a hydraulic rack & pinion gear and is locked in position using a locating pin.

Spindle Probe

Work piece coordinate values can be set automatically using the optional spindle probe.
