Screens The Overview Screen provides summary information on all of the current operating conditions on each of the monitored pump stations. You see alarm status, high or low level conditions, and a reading on your selected process variable. This Screen tells you when a pump is called to run. You can access any specific pump station screen to obtain more information by simply pointing and clicking.
Overview Screen Each Station Screen includes monitoring and trending information, as well as graphics that demonstrate the operating parameters of your pumping stations. You can closely monitor each station and choose to record any data that may have historical value. You can also change the system operating parameters without ever leaving this screen or your desk. Especially nice when weather conditions may require the need for adjustments or modifications.

Zoom Trend Screen
EG Controls’ unique trending feature enables you to analyze your pump station performance by selecting specific operating parameters to be graphed over a given period of time. The Zoom Trend displays the trend of one specific factor, such as flow, pressure or level, throughout all of the stations within your system. You can also “zoom in” and amplify the trending data for an even smaller time period to accurately evaluate your pump station performance. By analyzing this information, you can diagnose equipment problems, make key configuration decisions and obtain historical data to aid in future planning.
The Historical Alarm Log Screen logs the last ten alarms recorded in complete detail to help you decide when field service is necessary. Many changes can be made through Scada Express reducing emergency service calls and expensive downtime. When field service is needed, Scada Express includes a telephonic alarm dialer that does more than simply sound an alarm. The alarm dialer verbally announces the alarm. If no one is present at the station to acknowledge, it tracks down help, communicates the problem and records the date and time when the alarm is acknowledged.

Screens The Project Set Up Screen is the key to successful Scada implementation. Through this screen, you can totally configure your station. Configuration includes naming the project and individual stations, choosing a station type —Pump Up, Pump Down or Booster and providing key information such as the number of pumps, the control range and enabling communications at that station. You can also add or delete stations as required. You can access the Extended Monitoring Module for setting up additional monitored and alarm conditions. All Set up data is protected through a password security system.

Extending Monitoring offers you the ability to expand the range of data being monitored, going beyond the basic high/low levels and alarm conditions. You can select up to 16 status conditions and 6 data variables to be monitored through the Extended Monitoring module. You can set up different status and alarm conditions for each station based on your evaluation of what conditions need to be monitored or alarmed.
