Degrease Now! With Basic H2 Organic Super Concentrated Cleaner Basic H2 can also be used to effectively emulsify and cleanse all types of greasy surfaces in and around the home! Barbecue grills, ovens, car engines, ingrained oil on driveways, as well as other heavy-duty cleaning chores – all are now just a spray, soak, and wipe away using Basic H2. If you previously used Shaklee Basic-I for these purposes, you can now use Basic H2! Third-party testing showed that 2 oz. (60 mL) of Basic H2 diluted in water outperformed 2 oz. (60 mL) of Basic-I Concentrated Industrial Cleaner in degreasing a variety of surfaces. A followup blind usage test – the Shaklee Distributor Challenge - confirmed the findings: Basic H2 outperformed Basic-I on 10 out of 12 measures, and performed equally with Basic-I on 2 out of 12 measures. Degreasing – Heavy-Duty

2 oz. (60 mL) + 1 US gallon (3.8 L) of water. Spray on or apply with a mop or cloth, let soak a few minutes, scrub with a sponge or brush if needed, then wipe or rinse off with a mop or cloth.

Degreasing – For Smaller Jobs

Add 1½ teaspoons (7.5 mL) to 16 oz. (473 mL) of water in a Get Clean spray bottle. Spray on, scrub with a sponge or brush if needed, then wipe off with a clean cloth.

We believe in a cleaner that doesn’t leave behind more toxins than the toxins it’s supposed to clean. We also believe in cleaning surfaces faster than you can say Basic H2 (that’s Basic H squared). Say hello to our popular multitasker, now in a quick wipe. Then say goodbye when you toss it out, because it’s also biodegradable. Getting started Lift lid and use as handle to remove cap from canister. Then remove seal. Find the wipe at the very centre of the roll, pull it up, and push it through the opening. Put the cap back on the canister. To grab a wipe, pull it slightly to the side. Remember to snap the lid shut when you’re finished so the wipes don’t dry out.

DISH WASH AUTOMATIC CONCENTRATE (POWDER) (Code 44295 – 907 grams)

There are some things you’ll never have to do again. Like wash a dish before you put it into the dishwasher. Use earth-adverse chemicals to get it clean. Or fill up that little detergent cup to overflowing. Here’s a patented little pouch of “nope, don’t have to.” NO MORE PRE-RINSING Get Clean Dish Wash dissolves really fast and releases active cleaning agents early in the wash cycle. You might need to soak baked-on food. CONCENTRATED Use just 1 scoop (2 tsp. = 10 mL) in each dispenser cup, unless dishes are super dirty. Other brands need 16 tsp. (2 full dispenser cups) for the same clean.

GERM OFF DISINFECTING WIPES (Code 44312 – 35 Wipes)

These solvent-free wipes clean and disinfect most washable surfaces without streaks or rinsing, and deodorize areas prone to odour-causing micro-organisms. Use in the kitchen, bathroom and other household areas to keep things fresh-smelling and clean. Effective on counter tops, sinks, appliances, cabinets, microwave ovens, floors, ceramic tiles, stainless steel, chrome, fibreglass and porcelain.

Babies. Grass. Mashed potatoes and gravy. Some really nice things can cause some really nasty stains. Some really nice things can also get them out. Instead of noxious chlorine, these natural enzymes and active oxygen re-brighten laundry, de-stain upholstery, and way more. Nice.

Clean Credentials Natural Biodegradable formula No phosphates Directions for best results Dissolve in warm water and use within six hours. Don’t let undissolved Nature Bright touch wet fabric. Check fabric label instructions. To test for colourfastness (especially nylon, acetate, silk, or washable wool), apply a solution of 1/2 tsp. Carpet spot removal (Use only where you can pretest the Blot out extra liquid before treating stains and use only colourfastness of the dye – some enough solution to saturate. Wait 1-5 minutes. Nothing’s more inherently good than soft, fresh bed sheets. Except, maybe these innovative dryer sheets. They’re veggie-based. They’re biodegradable. And they even break in two in the dryer for fair and just distribution of soft, static-free goodness to every, last humble pillowcase.

For large loads, use two sheets. Remove and toss the spent dryer sheets into your recycling bin. Get Clean® Product Line Overview If we looked carefully at the thousands of chemicals that have been introduced in the last five decades, we would find there are many of them that have never been fully tested for their toxicity. • • • •

Surveys show that the average North American home generates 25 pounds of toxic, hazardous waste each year, most of which comes from household cleaning products. More than 9 out of every 10 suspected poison exposures occur in homes, not workplaces, with household products. Studies by the US Environmental Protection Agency and others have shown that elevated concentrations of volatile household chemicals persist in the air, and some of these compounds are known to cause cancer. And finally, another study revealed that women who work at home have 54% higher cancer mortality than women who work outside the home.

Many of the powerful cleaners that our society has asked manufacturers to provide to make our lives easier can be extremely toxic or dangerous if mishandled: • • • • •

Chlorine, used in bleach and to disinfect drinking water, is poisonous and also can cause hormonal and immune system disruptions with prolonged contact. Degreasers often contain petroleum distillates or solvents, which can damage sensitive lung and nerve cells. Ammonia from glass cleaners can irritate the skin, eyes and respiratory tract. Product Descriptions The easiest way to start getting all the benefits of the Get Clean line is to buy a Starter Kit. Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Concentrate Basic H2 (pronounced “Basic H squared”) is the latest version of Dr. Shaklee’s all-purpose formula. It’s now double-concentrated so that you only need to use half as much as before for all your cleaning chores. The formula uses new state-of-the-art biodegradable surfactants that leave no residue behind and require no rinsing. This means less streaking on windows and mirrors and better solubility in cold water. We’ll carry 16-oz (473-mL) and 64-oz (1.89-L) bottles.

One important change is that the surfactants are now exclusively derived from renewable plant sources – they come from compounds made from corn and coconut derivatives, NOT petroleum. The product was tried by a panel of 70 long-time users of our regular Basic-H formula and 9 out of 10 of them felt it was equal to or better than the original formula. Basic H2 Organic Super Cleaning Wipes A brand new product for Shaklee is a biodegradable and recyclable wipe with Basic H2 in it. This is a new and convenient way for you to clean up spills or wipe down dirty counters, tables or walls. The wipes are sturdy and can be used many times before you recycle them. (Like Nature Bright and Scour Off, the Hand Wash Concentrate will only be available in the Starter Kits for now. Fresh Laundry Concentrate Fresh Laundry Concentrate is an upgraded version of our former Basic-L liquid laundry product.
