Description Fixed Data Bridge import/export interval so now it runs when you type in something other than 1. If more than one Indexer is installed for one instance of PMAPS, each indexer may run at a different interval. Corrected issue with version .73 when trying to add a PPT document to the PitchBook module. The Data Bridge will now add values to the multi-select options when importing them. The correct format for these is to separate them with a semi colon. See Admin Manual for examples. Daylight Savings is now considered and should not be a problem when importing. However both computers must have the same date formats. For example you cannot send a European date format DD/MM/YYYY to a server that is in US format MM/DD/YYYY. There is simply no way to know which date format to use. New Data Bridge module to import content from CRM systems into WebPro tracking. New SmartPhone module enables users to run SalesDocs from their SmartPhones. Added a dropdown on the indexer to run the SmatPhone SalesDoc Builder. Admin Only: See documentation for specifics on Globally Changing Attributes. If the CSV file has a column called URL, WebPro will use that document (must be a .doc or .docx) and use it as the RFP for the proposal in the dashboard. When any record contains either a Note or has Related (linked) records, the tab colors turn yellow. Increase performance (speed) of SalesDocBuilder Word Replacements. Daylight Savings Time fix for IIS. New SQL Stored Procedure for SalesDocBuilder internal changes for ordering Category correctly: 1. There is a new stored procedure called FixOrderingOfCategories this procedure will fix the numbering of any forms categories. 2. There is also a trigger that will fire whenever a category is added or deleted and will call this stored procedure. 3. This should prevent this problem from happening again and it gives you the ability to fix existing problems without any code changes This enhanced Insert function now retains the full Word styles when inserting Q&A records. New bookmarking logic to ensure that inserting into a Word Document that contains existing bookmarks or hyperlinks does not affect the data that is pasted. New logic for retaining PowerPoint background of slides. 2

Improved functionality to allow easier manipulation of slides using drag and drop within PitchBook A new column in the Administrative ‘Indexed Directories’ tab has been added showing ‘Enabled’ as you can enable/disable each individual Directory. The application icon bar has been updated to reduce crowding. The module names have been removed from the icons, but are visible when a mouse is rolled over the icon. A new feature under Admin, Permissions/ Restrictions tab for controlling Editing Rights by Search attribute, e.g., SME, Product, Topic, Region/Line of Business, etc. A new feature that allows users who have permission to add New Proposals to Copy an existing proposal (all tabs). Users can now Save Preferences they have selected for the Dashboard and Search Options. Ability to change Proxy settings without going into Regedit. Right mouse click the PMAPS icon on the Viewer and select Settings. The Directory Path for the Indexed folder is no longer editable. Changing the location of a directory previously added could cause problems. Verify process has been adjusted to reject any file that is not a Q&A document The Indexer now has its own configuration screen. It can be launched from a shortcut in the Program Files directory. See installation instructions for specifics. The Indexer now has a built in utility for encrypting passwords. No longer need to use the command line. See installation instructions for details. Proxy authentication is now included for the Indexer. See installation instructions for details. A new proxy setting can be added to the user’s registry called: ProxyDefaultCredentials with the value set to True which will use the user’s Windows authentication when communicating with PMAPS WebPro. This should only be needed if certain proxy errors occur. Template names can now be renamed in the Assembly/Project module by Administrators. Improved error handling in assembly center when documents cannot be accessed by server New Assembly and Project Management Center module allows building of complete RFPs including assigning and tracking each section, collaboration, emailing and more. See User documentation for more details. For any hosted clients having issues accessing our site due to internal proxy limitations, we have added a new key in the user’s registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Proposal Software called “Proxy” where you can add a hard coded proxy setting.

WebPro Indexer now More Secure

Description The updated WebPro Indexer will now only allow documents that have been sent from within the Smart Cart to import back into the Inbox for approval. In older versions, you could bypass the Smart Cart altogether and send documents directly back into the database. This prevents any unauthorized documents to be added to the database. This version will now allow you to preview the exact changes from any documents sent back into the Smart Cart Inbox Any documents that are previewed through WebPro will now allow you to save them locally, including PDF, PPT, Excel and Word. In this release we have added additional security to the WebPro Indexer service to use a WebPro user account along with sending requests using the user accounts encrypted password.

Verify that you are at least on Version 70 or that the SQL scripts for version 70 have been run. Then add a new category and delete it. Problem should be gone. Administrative: When SalesDocs were copied they lost the order of the answers. This has been corrected. When running the ReLinking document icon from the RFP multiple times the internal bookmarks were not working. This has been fixed. Administrators can now delete contact names without error. Deleting a contact name that is associated with any record will leave that field for that record blank. Depending on time zone, the dates in reports exported to Excel were off by a full day. This has been fixed. Indexer temporary files are now cleaned up by the Indexer and will not build up If a user was located in a different time zone from the WebPro Servers and they tried to save data, the dates would change to the incorrect times. This bug has been fixed. When requesting compliance on any Word documents, the only edits which will be imported back into the database (using the Smart Cart approval process) will be those within the Word bookmarks. The user can turn on Bookmarks in Word to see these. In older versions not all edits would show in the approval process. Previous versions of WebPro would insert Word content using the styles of the current RFP. We have changed this to use the styles of the source Word document. We are working on an option to select either approach for the next release.
