One key recipe ingredient for raising a successful child is...

Studies have shown that a child’s reading success in kindergarten and beyond is directly related to their prereading experiences from birth to age five. A child who is read to is more likely to read at or above grade level at the end of 2nd grade and will be successful readers and learners throughout their life. Emma Clark Library is dedicated to early childhood education. This new web app is our design and is exclusive to our Library. Check it out! The Children’s Librarians have chosen many age appropriate titles for your children from birth to 5 years. Keep your list of read books on our site. If your child has a favorite that he/she loves to reread, you can read it and add it to the list as many times as you like. Don’t Wait! Now’s the time to take advantage of this opportunity to get your child started on a successful path. Let’s get started. Visit 1000books.emmaclark.org.
