OVERVIEW OF FOCALPOINT The FocalPoint product is a suite of tools that includes highly-configurable and customizable enterprise portals, or digital dashboards. These portals enable a business to tie together its disparate front and back-end applications to provide a single unified communications architecture for not only employees but also partners and customers. FocalPoint is the technology stack that Asset Health Center is built on. The FocalPoint and Asset Health Center clients share the same look and feel, as well as functionality, providing the end user a comfortable and seamless user interface The FocalPoint WebPart Editor and WebPart Administrator are the tools that are used to build charts, KPIs, Queries, ActiveReports , manage user groups and security for, not only FocalPoint, but also Asset HealthCenter. Corporations need to understand the drivers behind their financial indicators and how they are linked throughout their enterprise. FocalPoint™ enhances the business processes of planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance management. FocalPoint provides the tools you need to determine how business drivers are related to key performance indicators, and provides the information you need to make better business decisions.

WEBPART EDITOR Course Description:

The WebPart Editor helps organizations build the tools they need to access, analyze, and share information across the enterprise and in extranet environments. The WebPart Editor provides the tools for companies to ask relevant questions of their data, providing users with the information they need to make better business decisions. Use the WebPart Editor tool to create, update, and modify WebParts to be incorporated into a dashboard within the FocalPoint Web Client.

WebPart Administrator is an administrative tool that provides a standard interface for the configuration of FocalPoint systems. It is a pivotal component of a successful portal deployment. The WebPart Administrator manages users, content, and settings of FocalPoint and offers a familiar Windows interface.
