TOOLING DESIGN Owning an Inductaflex machine gives you access to the best bending tool engineers in the World. We repeatedly bend sections where all others fail. SolidWorks 2015 and AutoCAD 2015 in-house packages.
CNC CONTROL UNIT / SOFTWARE • • • • •
Inductaflex software is simple to use Accuracy is high Up to 10 radii can be entered per piece / bar 3 common program shapes Single pass bending of complex shapes.
A section light detector locates the bar and then bending commences. A hand held checking device is attached to the control panel for radius checking and subsequently changing the roll positions to suit.

MANDREL BENDING
Polished Stainless steel tubes can be formed free of any marking utilising our specialist grade dies. No need to have curved sections costly re-polished again.
Due to unique connections to one of the shafts, we are able to offer internal mandrel equipment on our AL-series machines. Manual and assisted versions are available.
4th PUSHING ROLL
The machine has been designed with a hydraulic pushing roll unit, in order to improve bending of certain sections
CENTRE PULLING UNIT
A hydraulic pulling roll unit is used for bending H-beams.
CHANNEL DEVICE
In order to bend channel sections to a smaller radii than normal, a mechanical device is available as an optional extra.
