Stainless steel tubes The requirements for the quality and processing of the stainless steel are particularly high if the tubes are to be utilised in hygienic applications. Welded process - dairy pipes and tubes made from stainless steel are subject to strict technical requirements because they are used for the transportation and storage of corrosive, flammable and toxic liquids, gases and solids. The requirements for the quality and processing of the stainless steel are particularly high if the tubes are to be utilised in hygienic applications. This includes drinking water installation or plants for the food and pharmaceutical industries. However, in addition to quality, the product variety plays an important role as well. It is essential wherever the tubes are used for constructive and decorative purposes, for example in architecture or the furniture industry. The product range for stainless, welded steel, construction tubes and profile tubes at SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH is one of the biggest in the industry. Our centralised, fully automated high bay warehouse at our Düsseldorf location features more than 3,200 cassettes.
Since each cassette can be divided up to four more times, we can store thousands of items and batches in various types. Our other branches have additional cassette storage systems as well, in order to facilitate regional deliveries in a timely fashion. Processing stainless steel tubes To further complement our extensive range of products, we also offer to grind and cut products to fixed lengths. We manufacture your desired lengths in round, square and rectangular tubes on our state-of-the-art saws. We also offer mitre cuts according to your drawings for round, square and rectangular tubes. Our grinding machines can grind round, square and rectangular tubes to grain sizes from 80 to 800. Our polishing service also allows you to obtain your tubes in polished or high-gloss polished finish.

High-bay warehouse The fully automated high-bay warehouse of s+bi The cassette storage principle, with an impressive height of 9.25m and a length of around 225m, offers space for 3,200 cassettes with a capacity to hold approximately 9,600t. Stainless pipes of up to six meters in length can be stored here.
