CNC Controller which is easy to use with automatic bending-sequence calculation. SmarthPath enables automatic bend sequence programing. Parts are stored in profile library. The number of parts is almost unlimited. You can look up part by name, description or category. With 15 inch LCD touch-screen programing is even easier. If touch screen get damaged working is possible through computer.
Profi console arms All HKS-CNC Profi machines are equipped with Profi console arms. They are stronger, wider and enable the operating depth of 1,150 mm. Automatic adjustment of sheet metal thickness The machines are also equipped with a hydraulic movement of the upper clamp which enables adjustments of various sheet metal thickness levels! The closing pressure of the upper clamp is controlled. We therefore press sheet metal with a lower pressure when bending and with a higher pressure when pressing double sheet metal. This increases the operating speed of the machine.

A computer with the selection of automatic or manual mode, with very simple programming and a touchscreen. The functions of the machine enable faster and safer operation. In the manual mode, we can select any bending angle or decide to select one of 10 standard or fast angles. In the automatic mode, we can save up to 200 different programmes, which can include up to 40 steps. Since the closing pressure is measured, the machine presses the metal with a 100% pressure in case of pressing double sheet metal. Since the sheet metal closing pressure is measured, the sheet metal is pressed with 60% pressure when bending, which increases operating speed.
