MF-Eco Jet Pulse Portable Extraction Unit Welding Fume & Dust • MF-Eco Jet Pulse is a mobile extractor fan and internally supported flexible arm combined with cartridge filter and built in Jet Pulse Cleaning System. • It’s the most economical filtering solution available for welding fumes and light dust.

JET PULSE CLEANING

• MF-Eco Jet Pulse is robust, yet easily manoeuvrable. Add to this the adjustable Alfi IS Extractor Arm, and you have a supremely versatile and flexible filtration unit – it can easily be moved between different work stations.

Cartridge filter has “Better than 99.9%” efficiency with extra cleaning convenience. Simply connect the hose to a compressed air line and it is clean in a minute with the built in Jet Pulse System.

WF-Eco Jet Pulse Filter

JET PULSE CLEANING

WF-Eco Jet Pulse filter has a very efficient built in compressed air cleaning system. In a few minutes it cleans the built in filter cartridge. Just open the door to empty the dust bin!

Flexible & Strong

• WF-Eco Jet Pulse is robustly built and with aluminium impeller. • A 1.5m, 2m or 3m Flexi Extraction Arm can be mounted directly to the bottom of the unit. • Alternatively the WF-Eco can be ducted to the collection point or machinery / equipment. • The Flexi Arms are designed with the most modern parallelogram technology which makes them extremely flexible and position stable.

ECONOMICAL & EASY TO MOUNT

Mount the WF-Eco Jet Pulse Filter on the wall and attach it to electricity and compressed air. Connect a Flexi Extraction Arm directly to the filter and it’s ready to use.

ENERGY EFFICIENT

Dynamic Engineering’s Alfi Fume Extraction System uses less energy and is cheaper to run than traditional hooded and general fume extraction systems. They use smaller more energy efficient fans to do the same job.

MF-Grinder with Jet-Pulse Filter Cartridge Cleaning Complete Welding/Grinding Booth - Ready to use! MF-Grinder is a complete working booth. Just plug it in and start welding, or grinding. It is a working booth with side walls and 6mm heavy duty steel table (900x600mm) and built in down draft grid which exhausts 2000m³/h. The fume or dust is filtered and recycled. Porta-Flex Porta-Flex is portable and flexible

The Porta-Flex is a user friendly, portable welding fume extractor with built in filter. It has 2.5m flexible hose with magnet nozzle. Suitable for welding in confined spaces or difficult to reach locations. Perfect for service and repair work.

Super-M Extractor Arm Made of Acidproof and Mirror-polished Stainless Steel

The Super-M Arm can be sterilized in an Autoclave. All Surfaces are mirror polished (not electrolytic polishing) for easy disinfection with chemicals. PERFECTLY BALANCED External hydraulically suspended parallelogram arms make the hood incredibly easy to move and 100% stable in all positions.

Smoke, Dust and Gases. An extractor arm extracts smoke, dust and gases directly at source, before the contamination has spread in the premises and been inhaled. You will get better working environment, less wear and tear of the machines and lower cleaning costs. Toughest Working Environments. Super-M is made for the toughest working environments in the Pharmaceutical, Food process and Technical chemical industry. Every detail is made of acid proof, mirror polished stainless steel. Wall bracket, parallelogram arms, handle, hood, damper, bolts, nuts, washers – all of it! All Tube Ends are sealed for maximum hygiene. The Arm is earthed the whole way from the hood to the wall. With an antistatic-earthed hose (not standard) the arm is approved for explosive environments.
