Q. What is MyFilmBazaar account? MyFilmBazaar account allows you to – • • • • • •

Register for Film Bazaar Save draft submissions, review and make changes to your profile Apply to Film Bazaar programmes Log in to complete and submit your application View completed submission forms Update your profile, photo and contact details etc. for the Market Guide.

Q. How and when can I register as a delegate at Film Bazaar? You can register as a delegate at Film Bazaar by filling out an online application form. Go to the “Sign Up” section of the website and create a MyFilmBazaar account. You can apply for the various individual programmes (please check the individual programme sections on the website for application deadlines, eligibility criteria and requirements), or register as a delegate. If you register online before the closing date, you can have your profile, contact details and photograph published in the Market Guide, which is handed out to every delegate attending the Bazaar, and is an essential networking tool. In case you are unable to register online, there are On-the-Spot Registration desks at the Film Bazaar venue on the days of the event. This registration will not allow for your details to be published in the Market Guide. However, you can still make the most of Open Events and networking possibilities. The dates/deadlines for Delegate Registration are announced on the website.

Q. What does “passport-sized photo” mean? It means your photo must be: 2×2 inches in size, Recent, Colour - Full face, .jpeg format.

Q. Do I have to pay for Registration (also referred to as Accreditation)? You can create a MyFilmBazaar account on our website for free. However, you have to pay for Registration to attend the Film Bazaar. Registration to attend Film Bazaar is confirmed once we receive the payment.

Q. Is the application fee refundable? No. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q. Does the Film Bazaar registration allow access to IFFI? No, Film Bazaar registration does not allow access to IFFI. However, you can make an additional payment of INR. 1000 (non-refundable, exclusive of any/all bank processing charges) for attending IFFI, subject to availability of tickets. IFFI registration does not allow access to the Opening and Closing ceremonies and Special Events.

Q. What do I miss out on in case I register late? Delegates who miss the Market Guide deadline (November 5, 2016 6:00 PM IST) will not be featured in the same.

Q. I want to register for the Film Bazaar, what are the requirements? If you want to register as Industry Delegate - upload a current passport sized photo, a short profile and if you are representing a company, upload company logo. Student - upload a current passport sized photo, a scan of valid photo ID, a government verified age proof and a letter granting permission to attend the Bazaar, signed and stamped by the college authorities on college letter head.

Q. If I have paid the additional fee for IFFI Registration, where can I collect my tickets? Once registered for IFFI, the tickets can be collected from a separate IFFI Kiosk set up at the Film Bazaar venue at the Marriott Resort, Goa. Please note: The IFFI Kiosk at the Marriott is only available between 21 – 24 November.

Q. I have registered as a delegate but have not received a confirmation email. Should I be concerned? If you don’t hear from us within 3 days of making a payment, please write to us at [email protected]. In case of Demand Draft, the day your DD reaches the NFDC office will be considered as the submission date of your Application. Please Note:

Proof of payment (image of receipt and reference no.) should be shared via email in

case the payment is done through DD, Net banking, Wire Transfer or Cash.

Q. Will I receive a receipt/invoice for my registration fee? Yes. Once registration is complete, delegates can view and print their payment receipts from their MyFilmBazaar account.

Q. I have made a mistake while filling the registration form. What should I do? In case of any mistake that needs to be corrected post submission of Registration Form, please DO NOT start a new application. Please send the corrections to [email protected].

Q. If I’ve submitted my project to one of the labs, do I still have to pay for the registration? If you have submitted a project to any of the labs and if the project is selected, there will be no Registration Fee for attending Film Bazaar. However, if the project is not selected, you can still attend the Film Bazaar as a regular delegate by paying the Registration Fee. For queries related to specific programmes please visit website.

Q. I have successfully registered as a delegate, what will happen once I arrive at the Film Bazaar? You should go to the Registration Kiosk, present valid photo identification, confirm your attendance and collect your Film Bazaar Badge and Delegate Kit.

Q. What is the payment process? Once you have filled in all required information in your online application form, you will be directed to a payment page where you can choose between Cash, DD, Net Banking/ Wire Transfer and Online Payment (through Credit/Debit Card). 1. Online payment (credit/debit card) To make an online payment please select the Credit/Debit Card option. Choose a currency from the list (INR, GBP, USD and EUR) and you shall be directed to a payment gateway where you can enter your credit/debit card details. Please ensure that your card is either Master Card or Visa. No other credit card type is supported. 2. Cash / Demand Draft • To pay through Cash / Demand Draft please ensure that you have the payment details ready while registering. • Demand Draft should be in the name of M/S. Q. I have made the payment using Net Banking and there was a failure message. The amount has been debited from my account. What should I do? In case the amount has been debited from your account but you have received a failure message, kindly do not make another transaction. Write to us at [email protected] so that the Film Bazaar Team can guide you further.

Q. I began the registration process and left the form halfway. I now want to go back and complete my form/registration for Film Bazaar 2016. How do I do this? To complete an incomplete Application/Registration you need to ‘Login to your MyFilmBazaar Account’ by entering your username and password. On a successful login, you shall be directed to your MyFilmBazaar account page where you can select the relevant Application and complete your Registration. Please DO NOT start a new application.

Q. I attended Film Bazaar last year and received a username and password. Can I still use it? Yes, you can use your old user name and password to login. However, you need to “Register” as a Delegate for Film Bazaar to access any information specific to the current edition of Film Bazaar.

Q. I am already registered for the current edition of Film Bazaar. A colleague from my company wants to join as well under the same company head. How can he/she apply? Your colleague will have to register independently on our website and follow the same procedure that you followed for Delegate Registration. Once your colleague makes the payment and Registration is confirmed, he/she will automatically get listed under the same company.

Q. I am unable to attend. Can I transfer my Delegate Badge to a colleague or receive a refund? No. All registrations to the Film Bazaar are for an individual, non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances including non-participation.

Q. A couple of my colleagues from my company want to attend. Can I share one Film Bazaar Industry Badge with my colleague? No. Delegate Badges are in the name of the Registered Individuals. Each employee representing the company will have to get individual badges which they should carry with them at all times to access Film Bazaar.

Q. Will I need my delegate badge to get into Networking Cocktails, Lunches, Special events and Conference sessions at the Film Bazaar? Yes. All delegates must bring their Delegate Badge to the Market and all events. Without it, you can be refused entry to the Market and all events. Networking Cocktails and Lunches are open to all the delegates who have registered for the Film Bazaar.

Q. I have registered for the Film Bazaar. Where do I collect my badge and delegate kit?

Film Bazaar does not mail/post/deliver badges, delegate kits or passes. You can pick up the Delegate Badge and Kit from the Registration Kiosk at the Marriott Resort, Goa from November 20 onwards. Each delegate must present a valid photo ID and collect their own badges. For further details please visit Badge Collection/Pickup.

Q. What happens if I lose my badge? If you lose your badge, a fine of INR 1000/- will be charged and the badge will be replaced.

Q. I want to attend Film Bazaar 2016 only for a day or two. Will I still have to pay the entire registration fee? Yes. Film Bazaar gives opportunities for filmmakers, producers, students, other film industry professionals and the likes to connect and network as much as they can over the course of 5 days. Registration has to be done for the entire event. There are no daily passes available.
