Kindly read through our policies and procedures to take full advantage of your time here. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as this will ensure you get the full experience. We value punctuality and late arrivals may necessitate that your treatment session be shortened, with full treatment value being charged. All our guests are here to relax, please be mindful of other guests during your visit. Cellphones should be switched on silent upon arrival at the salon. Reservations We request that all Salon treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. A 25% deposit will be requested upon making of group bookings. (2+ persons). Cancellations & late arrivals We kindly request 24 hour notice in the event of a cancellation. U’CHIQUE

Body Sculpting reserves the right to charge in full for treatments not cancelled in this period of time or for non arrivals. Should you arrive late for your booking, U’CHIQUE Body Sculpting may have to cut on treatment time although the guest will still be held liable for the full payment of the treatment booked. Credit card details must be filled out on client card or will be asked for when bookings are made telephonically. Consultation cards and indemnity forms Upon your arrival as a first time Salon guest, you will be requested to fill in the consultation card and our indemnity form. Please fill this in accurately, as U’CHIQUE Body Sculpting cannot be held responsible for non-disclosure. Attire Please arrive at the Salon wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Compulsory disposable underwear will be provided for body treatments where nessesary.
