CLE CREDIT MSIA will be applying for Missouri and Kansas CLE Credit and we will let you know the amount of hours approved at the Conference in September. ATTIRE Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the conference. GENERAL CONVENTION INFORMATION The Twenty-Seventh Annual Convention of the Missouri Self-Insurers Association promises to provide participants with information important to their day-to-day operations. Speakers will provide insights on emerging issues relevant to workers’ compensation. The vendors will showcase the latest in products and services vital to the workers’ comp industry. ROOM BLOCK A special block of rooms is reserved for attendees of the conference at the Embassy Suites Hotel which is adjacent to the St. Charles Convention Center. In order to receive the special rate extended to attendees of the conference, reservations must be made by August 22, 2016 to guarantee room availability and the group rate mentioned below. The Convention Center will be immediately on your left. Make a left onto Fairgrounds Road and enter to the rear of the complex. Traveling from the Southwest: Take Interstate 64/ State Highway 40 to State Highway 94. Go North on Highway 94 to St. Charles. Highway 94 (First Capitol) intersects Veterans Memorial Highway just before Interstate 70. Turn right and head East on Veterans Memorial Parkway. Go one mile and turn right on Beverly Street. The Convention Center will be on your left. Traveling from the North: Take the Interstate 270 loop to Interstate 70 and head West. Take the second exit after the bridge, 5th Street South (Exit 229A), and go to the first light at Veterans Memorial Parkway and make a right. Go 1 mile to the light at Fairgrounds Road. The Convention Center will be immediately on your left.
