1. Wichtig! Vor dem Einbau Zündung ausschalten und den Zündschlüssel abziehen! Dieses Werkzeug benötigen Sie zum Einbau: flachen Schraubendreher Montagehebel 13mm Stecknuss 10mm Stecknuss Umsteck-Schraubendreher

Dies ist eine Einbauhilfe. Wenn Sie es sich nicht zutrauen, unsere Produkte selbst einzubauen, dann suchen Sie bitte eine Fachwerkastatt auf, um mögliche Schäden am Produkt und Ihrem Fahrzeug zu vermeiden.

Zündung ausschalten, Schlüssel abziehen, Motorhaube öffnen.

Luftführungsgitter links und rechts demontieren. Demontage der Blenden, Streben an der Innenseite mittels Montagehebel ausrasten (Montagehebel nachsetzen). Blende zwischen Nebelscheinwerfer und Ausschnitt vorsichtig nach vorn ziehen und Haltehaken ausklipsen. Jetzt am Ausschnitt die Blende weiter nach vorn ziehen, um den hinteren Haken aus der Führung zu entnehmen.

2 Mitgelieferten Kabelbaum und Blenden in Einbaurichtung vor Fahrzeug legen. Leitung für linke Tagfahrleuchte zwischen Scheinwerfer und Batterie nach unten zur Öffnung der Blende herausführen. Kabelbaum im Schloßträger des Fahrzeuges verlegen und mittels Kabelbinder fixieren – nicht an beweglichen oder drehenden Teilen entlang verlegen!!! Leitung für die rechte Tagfahrleuchte nach unten zur Öffnung der Blende herausführen. Bild 3

Beide Leitungen der Tagfahrleuchten mit den Modulen zusammenstecken bis KLICK!!! (Achtung Module werden hinter dem Stoßfänger montiert)

Important!! Prior to installation, please ignition off and remove the ignition key! These tools must be used: flat screwdriver montage lever 13mm plug nut 10mm plug nut refitting screwdriver

This is an installation aid. If you dare to be not even install our products, then look for a special work shop to avoid possible damage to the product and your vehicle.

remove air intake grill left and right. Dismantling of the aper- ture, disengage the top of the inside with lever assembly (Lever assembly repositioning). Aperture between fog light and cantle pull carefully forward and retaining hooks clip out. Now the aperture at the cantle pull forward along to extract behind hook out of the guidance.

2 Put the delivered cable set in the direction of installation in front of the car. Put the wire for the right daytime running lamp between headlight and battery in the the direction to the opening of the panel. Install the wire harnes on the bumper of the car and fix it with a cable clip – please do not install on movable or turned parts! Put the wire for the right daytime running lamp in the the direction to the opening in the bumper of the panel. Pic. 3

Connect both wires of the daytime running lamp until Click!!! (install moduls behind the bumper)

Modulite Blenden einsetzen - außen in die Führungen des Stoßfängers einstecken - nach innen drücken – Einrasten der Blenden

4 Bild 5 Steckverbindung am linken Scheinwerfer des Fahrzeugkabel- baumes durch Entriegeln der Sicherung am Stecker lösen und entfernen.

Kabelbaum für Modulite zwischen stecken - Stecker am Scheinwerfer einrasten bis Klick! - Buchse mit Kabelbaum des Fahrzeuges verbinden

Abdeckung des Sicherungskastens durch Öffnen der Verriegelungsspangen entfernen.

Sicherungskasten im Motorraum öffnen.



Überprüfen Sie die mögliche Sicherung für Zündungsplus (KL15) mittels Prüflampe bzw. Messgerät.

Sicherung aus Steckplatz entfernen. Entnommene Sicherung in den Sicherungsabzweig stecken.

Build in the Modulite panels - put it at the bottom in the guide of the bumper - push from above inwards – engage the panel

Remove and take out the plug socket on the left headlight of the car cable set by unbolt of the fuse on the plug.

Put the main connectors between. Engage the plug on the headlight until Click!!! Connect the socket with the car cable set.

Remove he cap of the fuse box.

Open the fuse box in the engine compartment.



Check the fuse for positive ignition (KL15) using a test light or meter. In the test vehicle this was the slot F15*.

Reject the fuse from the slot. Put the fuse in the branch.

Rote Leitung sicher verlegen und an Kabeldurchführungen am Sicherungskasten vorn fixieren.

Prüfen Sie nochmals, dass alle Leitungen im Fahrzeug fern von heißen oder beweglichen Teilen ordnungsgemäß verlegt sind, danach können Sie die Abdeckung des Sicherungskastens wieder montieren.

Bei Funktionstest leuchten beide Tagfahrlichter – NICHT ZUGELASSEN !!! Deaktivierung des Serientagfahrlichtes im Scheinwerfer A Einsteigen, Tür schließen und Zündung einschalten B Blinkerhebel greifen und Richtung Lenkrad ziehen (Lichthupe) C gleichzeitig nach unten (Blinken) – Signal ertönt im BC Serientagfahrlicht im Scheinwerfer ist nun deaktiviert

     Funktionstest

     Motor starten - TFL an      Umschalten auf Standlicht - TFL schaltet ab      Standlicht ausschalten - TFL schaltet ein      Motor aus - TFL schaltet zeitnah ab

     Alle Funktionen i. O.

Und natürlich das wichtigste... Bitte bei Anschluss auch die Vorschriften des jeweilgen Landes beachten!!! Beachten Sie beim Einbau die gesetzliche Mindesthöhe am Fahrzeug von Unterkante 250mm ab Fahrbahn. Zwischen 250 - 350mm müssen TFL abgeschaltet werden, ab 350mm Einbauhöhe darf abgedimmt werden.

Lay the red wire safe and fix it to the cable guides on the front fuse box.

11 Pic. 12 Now connect the ground Cable (black) point to ground or battery (-).

And of course the important things… Please check the regulation under public law of your country! While installation to the electrics of the vehicle you can choose between the connection of the yellow cable for dimming or the green cable for turning off the daytime running lamps. Please connect the desired cable to the plus wire of the position light on the headlight. Please check the legal minimum hight on the vehicle from the lower edge 250 mm from the road surface. Between 250 – 350 mm daytime running lamps must be turned off, from 350 mm height dimmed. Because of the multitude of engine fittings and equipment variations, changes in the place of fuse plugs are possible. Please check the named plug place for pure plus function of the ignition. Vehicle-related deviations are possible.
