Dubai Dubai (Arabic: Dubayy English pronunciation: /duːˈbaɪ/ doo-BY) is one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located south of the Persian Gulf on the Arabian Peninsula and has the largest population with the second-largest land territory by area of all the emirates, after Abu Dhabi. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are the only two emirates to have veto power over critical matters of national importance in the country's legislature. “In the race for excellence, there is no finish line” - Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and the Ruler of Dubai. In sharp contrast to other neighbouring Islamic countries, Dubai has consistently encouraged an open-minded and open doors policy. While some of Dubai’s neighbouring countries do not allow women to be seen without her male escorts, Dubai presents a very progressive and liberal outlook. Women safely negotiate their way on Dubai’s roads even late at night without any eyebrows being raised. There is no dress code and tourists and residents are welcome to embrace any fashion as long as it does not offend anybody’s sensibilities. While oil has been crucial to Dubai’s development since the late 1960’s, the non-oil sector currently contributes more than 90 per cent of the total gross domestic product. Tourism, directly and indirectly adds up to 30 per cent of Dubai’s non-oil GDP while real estate and construction adds upto 19.4 per cent of the GDP. In business, the government of Dubai is dedicated to liberal and free market policies and to the creation of a business environment conducive to commercial activity. This is well illustrated by the incentives available to investors at the Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai Cars and Automotive Zone, the Gold and Diamond Park, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Jebel Ali Free Zone and also in the latest projects like the Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Investments Park, Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, Dubai Silicon Oasis and the Mohammed bin Rashid Technology Park among others.

Dubai Health System Dubai Health has earned considerable international accreditation for its quality healthcare services, integrated medical education and research as well as spreading clinical awareness among general masses. The primary medical care and hospital facilities provided by Dubai Health are of very high standards and similar to those available in other parts of the world like USA and Western Europe. Dubai Health aims to concentrate more on the overall well-being of the countrymen. To this effect, the government-run medical centers and private health clinics existing around the city cater to the specific medical needs of both the residents and the expatriates living in the country. Attending the patients within the working hours as well as responding to postclinic private medical calls is a part of the responsibilities of the medical practitioners of Dubai Health system. The public hospitals are integral parts of the Dubai Health system, offering excellent medical facilities, especially during accidental injuries or other related emergencies. The indoor as well as the outdoor medical treatments available in these state-of-the-art equipped hospitals with highly trained staffs are reasonably prices, yet good and very useful for public welfare. A special feature of Dubai Health system is the superb network of medical shops located throughout the mainland area. The pharmacies located on every nook and corner of the streets are mostly wellstocked with both products available from the pharmaceutical companies as well as new medical brands emerging in the market. The staffs and salesmen working in some of these medical stores for years also sometimes provide useful health and medical advices to the visiting customers. The doctors in the Dubai Health system are mostly under the control of the Health Ministry in Dubai. Others come directly from the foreign lands like India, USA, Europe, Egypt and Pakistan and get their qualifications verified prior to practicing in this country. The successful amalgamation of both the national and international doctors promises the countrymen with high standards of treatment, which perhaps very few countries of the world is able to offer.

In 45-minutes presentation, at first, audience was informed about the concepts of Oncology Pharmacy, ESOP and Quapos. Is ESOP an organization of the European Union? Countries in Europe have very different economic levels, in this case how such Quapos standards can be applied? What about the costs of the centers for drug preparation units? What is the ratio between the residual drug’s costs and the cost of installation of a unit? How is the health policy in Turkey? At the end First, because of giving me this opportunity, I would like to thank the board directors of ESOP. Honestly, It was an excellent experience. Neighborhood and interest shown in me was really very nice. Dubai, other Asian and Middle Eastern countries, although their internal social problems, young population, and economic forces shaping the world of the future. European thinking about how he would save, Dubai thinking he spends. For several reasons, we must establish a link between these countries and ESOP. The proximity of the people in this area with the bridge, Turkey can play an important role because of his heritage. However, we must invite speakers from this side of the world.
