Every exhibition space reserved, two complimentary sales representative passes are applicable. Additional sales representative passes can be purchased at AED500 per pass for the 2-day conference.

Delegates conference pass is available as per the package. Additional Delegate passes are sold for AED 1000 each and AED 600 for non-doctors.

Parallel Workshops and Satellite Symposium will take place during the AIDA. The events provide companies to showcase their product. Industry talks are subject to approval.

Parallel Workshops

The Satellite Symposia give the sponsoring companies a valuable opportunity to place the company at the forefront by promoting cutting-edge scientific session in line with the general concept of the Conference

Workshops are prioritized to the leading sponsoring companies in order to provide hands on interactive learning activity that allow participants to share best practice and experiences.

The approved sponsoring companies will cover the following: • Travel cost and accommodation of the speaker • Hall rental (AED12,000 ) • Standard audio/visual equipment • The sponsoring company is responsible to register 25-30 delegates • The Satellite Symposia will be included in the conference program

Pre-registration for all workshops is required at a fee of AED 300 per delegate.

All Satellite Symposia programs need to be submitted for review and approval by the scientific committee before 15th August 2015.
