The medical abdominal treatment as a diagnostic-therapeutic measure for controlling and positively influencing the regeneration processes in the intestines and in the entire body. THE DIET LEVELS OF THE DR. F.X. MAYR CURE The attending team of physicians will put together a dietary regimen. Therefore, each individual’s mental and physical constitution as well as their food intolerances will be taken into consideration. This diet will be implemented only for a short amount of time for the protection and recovery of the intestines. With the hotel’s special diet, we will re-introduce you to varied and balanced nutrition. 0 – tea fast 2.1 – traditional milk & bread diet with protein additive 2.2 – traditional milk & bread diet with protein additive and vegetable-based soup 3.1 – mild derivative diet level I (bland, light diet) 3.2 – mild derivative diet level II (bland, light diet with carbohydrates according to Dr. F.X. Mayr) Even more important than eating is drinking plenty of fluids in the form of herbal teas and spring water. Water is the source of life! We have prepared a variety of treatment suggestions such as detoxification and classic therapies according to Dr. F.X. Mayr as well as various therapies for the musculoskeletal system. The foundation of every package is a basic program consisting of an initial and final medical examination, abdominal treatment, liver wrap, and morning aerobics. This program can then be extended based on your particular areas of focus. PREPARATION AT HOME In order to achieve a gentle as possible introduction to the therapy without any reactions, we recommend the following preparation at home prior to the treatment: 1 week prior to the beginning of therapy Don’t eat any raw fruits or vegetables Eat only light meals before 6:00 pm 3 days prior to the beginning of therapy Drink bitter water in the morning – dissolve 1 teaspoon (magnesium sulfate = Epsom salt, available in the pharmacy) in hot water and fill with 1/4 l warm water. If you are unable to evacuate your bowels using this method at home, you can begin this cleansing process here with us. 1 day prior to the beginning of therapy You should absolutely avoid a full “farewell” meal, otherwise you may encounter unpleasant consequences. If you simply must treat yourself with a celebratory “farewell” meal, you should do so at least one week prior to treatment. 8
