The Independent Promotional Products Distributors of Canada, or IPPDC, has been working with promotional products suppliers for the past 10 years to better represent the needs of the small to medium promotional products distributor. Through partnership with North American suppliers the IPPDC has been able to better the competitive position of small business through improved pricing and service and now we’re ready to introduce the next generation of IPPDC member services. In 2014 the IPPDC introduced a new marketing initiative designed to help raise the profile of its member distributors and suppliers and provide end users with an improved online experience. PromoMarket.ca is the new search engine powered by IPPDC and is ready to help you improve your sales and service. PromoMarket.ca represents all IPPDC member suppliers from Canada and the United States and makes sourcing promotional product ideas easy and efficient. The first improvement was to unify the pricing for Canadian distributors. All pricing is in Canadian funds and all products are FOB Toronto, Ontario or an equivalent Canadian location. You no longer have to be concerned with price differences caused by changing currency, customs or duties. PromoMarket.ca is also available to you as a custom website for your business. Through IPPDC membership you will receive a custom decorated version of PromoMarket.ca to host as your own webpage, or to be integrated into your existing website. All your pricing and product updates, as well as monthly and seasonal specials will be managed by IPPDC and automatically populate on your web pages. You will also have access to exclusive PromoMarket.ca presentations developed for IPPDC members to highlight new products and seasonal categories, ready for your review and distribution to your clients. PromoMarket.ca in partnership with IPPDC suppliers also provides you with preferred supplier partnership reflected in improved buying agreements. Through your membership you can be in direct contact with IPPDC suppliers and immediately benefit from preferred pricing. PromoMarket.ca will also be part of a national ad campaign, in print and online, to raise the profile of IPPDC members and the search engine tool. As PromoMarket.ca drives more traffic through the search engine end users will have the opportunity to select your company as their distributor of choice and IPPDC members will always receive preferred search engine status in their geographic territory. Supplier Partnerships IPPDC on behalf of the distributor members negotiates partnership agreements with promotional product suppliers to provide incentive pricing offers and special purchase opportunities for distributor members.
