Aromatherapy is concerned with all aspects of body, mind, and spirt just like Yoga. Yoga Poses and breathing techniques combined with essentials oils are used as scent, ingested in water and applied on the skin during the session to create an atmosphere of healing and well being. Yoga and essentials oils accelerate the relaxation effects reducing stress and tension to support the immune system. They can change mood and emotion consciously and subconsciously developing a sense of peace and harmony within and around the individual .

Those with allergies rarely develop unfavorable reactions to the oils due to the purity of the oils. Reactions are usually to the pollen and not the aroma.

Have a couple of extra hours per week? Give back to your community by becoming a volunteer coach. We run various sports leagues throughout the year, and often, because of a shortage of volunteer coaches we have had to turn children away. Help out and allow more children an opportunity to participate. Commitment is generally 2-3 hours per week. For more information please contact our office at (323) 644-3946
