• Cellular Wireless – Competitive procurement using GSA Schedule 70 to establish a single award DHS-wide BPA for cellular wireless programs, to include acquiring devices and carrier services. – Value: $600M (DHS-wide) – RFP Release: May 2012 (via e-buy)
