COMPUTERISED WORK THROUGH TSP- ON LINE SERVICES 1. WEATHER WATCH.

Crop wise sowing area, crop condition and weather condition data will be entered weekly at district level and state level report will be generated automatically. 2. FARMER ACCIDENT INSURANCE. Online applications are facilitated and status of processing and sanction can be viewed by all. 3. CROP ESTIMATION SURVEY. The data base of crop cutting experiments would be entered at district level and report of productivity will be generated at head office. 4. SCHEME MANAGEMENT. Online allocation of physical and financial target of various 15 government assisted schemes from H.O. Reporting & monitoring of the respective achievement there under.

Krushi Mahotsav–2006 Krushi Mahotsav, as an intensive convergence and mass contact strategy, was successfully tried in 2005. We continue the same programme this year from 30-4-2006 to 29-5-2006 with focus on : •Doubling the income of farmers through productivity increase and reduction of cultivation cost . •Demand driven crop planning through awareness of market forces .

This is a uniquely intensive month-long programme of mass contact with farmers. Contact through a mobile exhibition called “Krushi Rath” that visit every village. Experts accompanying with “Krushi Rath” to offer advice to the farmers. Transfer of knowledge to farmers. Focus on visiting each village , advising and assisting individual farmer, free input kits to 15 poor farmers in each village and additional 15 kits per village in tribal area. Take up community based schemes like water conservation through public participation. 16
