We at Atwell Oilfield Solutions are proud to enter the market, with a wealth of operational experience within the offshore oil & gas industry. We have identified a need for an organisation that understands oilfield dynamics and are able to provide complete solutions to the industry, 24/7. Our industry is experiencing compounding issues due to major growth and development, in both the upstream and downstream sectors. Drilling contractors and production operators are having difficulties crewing their facilities with suitably qualified and experienced personnel. This situation has been predicted to worsen, with the number of new MODUs and production facilities scheduled for completion over the next 5-year period. We, along with our business affiliate network, have effectively positioned ourselves to be able to assist our clients in filling the ‘gap’ within the current market. WHO ARE ATWELL? Atwell Oilfield Solutions is made up of an experienced team of oilfield people, from various sectors of the offshore oil & gas industry. With this wide network of professionals, Atwell have the expertise and resources to provide solutions across all operational areas.

Boris Vujcic - Managing Director, Atwell Oilfield Solutions Boris has many years industry experience with major drilling contractors, serving in supervisory, technical and commercial management roles around the globe. He oversees the daily operations and development of Atwell Oilfield Solutions.

Stephen Lenz – Director, Atwell Oilfield Solutions Stephen has extensive experience both in Australia and overseas, and has managed many large-scale operations within the oil & gas industry. He is currently serving as Executive Director of Mermaid Drilling (Thailand).

Michael Wilson – Director, Atwell Oilfield Solutions Michael has vast experience with supplying equipment and services to operators in the offshore oilfield sector. He founded Wilson’s Pipe Fabrication in 1997 and serves as its Managing Director.

Michael Giles – Director, Atwell Oilfield Solutions Michael founded Diverse Engineering (WA) in 1986, a mechanical repairs and supplier to the oil & gas, automotive, mining and marine industries and still serves as its Managing Director.

David Jones – Senior Technical Manager, Atwell Oilfield Solutions David comes to Atwell with vast practical experience with offshore oil exploration operations. He has worked in Preventative Maintenance supervision as well as technical management for various drilling contractors in Asia/Pacific and the Middle East.

Karl Radonich – Managing Director, Atwell Refrigeration Solutions Formerly Rado Refrigeration (Darwin), Karl specialises in marine refrigeration, AC and ventilation. He has operated technical teams servicing oil rigs, ships and super yachts. He is now the Managing Director of Atwell Refrigeration Solutions.

Tim Manning – Managing Director, Atwell Subsea Solutions Tim is a qualified engineer who has many years experience in the offshore drilling industry (subsea). Since 2005 he has served as Senior Subsea Consultant with HOSE International, conducting audits and subsea engineering assistance.
