You will have to register an account with Oceania first to access your bookings. Please note that the Oceania Reservation Number is different from the Atlantis Confirmation Number. You may also book shore excursions from the same site.

Review Your Travel Documents

Itinerary Notes Please note that all arrival and departure times are approximate and may change without notice.

Itinerary Changes Atlantis and Oceania have carefully planned this cruise itinerary for your enjoyment. Although we do our best to adhere to published ports and times, both weather and sea conditions may force us to alter the itinerary during the cruise. In the unlikely event of an itinerary change while sailing, we will communicate our new plan both through ship wide (outside of cabin) announcements and through an updated Oceania Currents. Neither Atlantis nor Oceania shall be held liable for any damages resulting from any itinerary change according to your Passenger Ticket Contract.

No paper documentation is required to board this cruise since all records are stored electronically. All you need is your passport and a valid credit card for incidentals. Luggage tags will be available upon arrival at the pier. Please be sure you are booked correctly for all travel plans. Also note that your acceptance of both the Atlantis Confirmation Letter and the Oceania Passenger Cruise Contract constitutes acceptance of the conditions contained therein. Place one of the Oceania luggage tags on each of your checked bags prior to arrival at the pier. Additional luggage tags will be available at the pier if necessary.

Passport & Visa Requirements All guests must possess a valid passport that should be valid for at least six months following the end of your trip. Please note that it is the responsibility of all passengers to have the necessary documentation before boarding the vessel. Failure to provide proper and valid documentation will result in denied boarding, and no refund will be provided. No visas are required for citizens of the USA, France, Canada, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Citizens of other countries should check with the French Consulate and request specific information for entry to French Polynesia as these requirements can differ from France.

Currency Advice The entire ship operates on U.S. Dollars. The current rates of exchange for these ports (as of March 20) are: Euro (EUR) $1 USD = EUR 0.89 Polynesian Franc (CFP) $1 USD = CFP 106.4

We highly recommend using your ATM card to get the best rate of exchange in cash, just be wary of bank fees. There are a few ATM machines throughout our ports. You'll also get the best exchange by using a credit cards for large purchases. 2

Packing Advice On Board Clothing

Atlantis emphasizes a casual, comfortable atmosphere with no specified dress code. Sportswear and casual resort attire are appropriate at all times. There are no formal nights, and absolutely no need for a jacket and tie. Our only real rule is that no tank tops or beach shorts (dress shorts are OK) are permitted in any of the restaurants at dinner. Please respect this rule for a relaxed dining experiences for all guests.

On Shore Clothing Plan for warm, and certainly hot weather with some cooler breezes at night. We recommend loose, comfortable cottons or other lightweight clothing. And don’t forget a hat! All ports are casual with a laid-back beach attitude. Bring plenty of daytime beachwear and both walking and water-friendly shoes. Some tours involve bus rides and/or considerable walking so comfort is essential. If you plan on diving or snorkeling, make sure you bring appropriate gear.

Special Outfits to Consider Due to distance and nature of this cruise, we’ve kept the theme parties to a minimum. Details are below, but you’ll be comfortable with or without an outfit. All events are outdoors on deck (weather permitting. • Bali Ha'i - It’s high camp in the South Pacific from your best Bloody Mary impression to decked out officers looking for a good time. And oh yes, plenty of festive natives running around. Celebrate the magic of the islands any way you desire. • Dog Tag T-Dance - The longest-running Atlantis signature party brings everyone together for an afternoon of inspired silliness. Start with a very loose interpretation of military wear and we’ll do the rest. • Tropical White - From sheer to shimmering to simply stunning, everyone looks good in white. Add a little tropical flair just for fun to our biggest signature party. • Revival T-Dance - Disco lives on as we take you back to the glory days of the 70s with an afternoon of pure musical magic on the dance floor. Artificial fabrics, excess facial hair, oversized shoes, and other obnoxious accessories welcome. • Splash T-Dance - Take a dip on the dance floor at our wettest tropical t-dance. We’ll cool you off with a few splashes of water so dress for the beach and leave your phone or camera (if you still own one) behind. You’ll definitely get wet – with a smile. 4

Miscellaneous Packing Advice Bring plenty of sunblock, as the sun will be intense. Also, bring your own basic toiletries as the onboard store is not open while we are in port. If you are taking any medications, please make sure you bring them in your carryon, in their original prescription containers, to avoid delays in customs. Plan for uncertainty. Pack at least one change of clothes in your carry on bags in case your bags are lost or mishandled en route.

Prohibited Items Please do not bring any of the following onboard, and do not place these items in your checked luggage: Irons (including travel irons), alcoholic beverages, knives, firearms, or any other potentially dangerous item. If your luggage contains any of the above items, your bag will be held at security and will not be delivered to your stateroom.

Weather Forecast April weather in Tahiti is usually very pleasant and warm. You can expect high temperatures around 85˚F / 27˚C and lows around 72˚F/ 21˚C. Rain is likely in the mid-afternoon. It will feel cooler onboard the ship due to wind as we sail

Check-In and Embarkation Terminal Location

Onboard Marina Personal Funds & Shipboard Charges

We will embark from the Papeete Cruise Port. It is the only cruise ship terminal in the city, and is located near downtown and approximately 9 km from the (PPT) airport.

The pier facility in Papeete is very small and check-in takes place onboard the ship, so we ask all guests to respect the following times for embarkation. There is literally no place to wait.

For your convenience, Oceania offers a cashless system on board. All onboard purchases and services will be billed to your onboard account. You will simply present your Oceania WorldCard whenever purchases are made. To activate your onboard account, you will be required to visit the ship’s Reception Desk and register a credit card imprint. Oceania Cruises accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. Personal checks are not accepted. If you wish to settle your account with traveler’s checks or cash, you will be asked to make a cash deposit at the Reception Desk. The U.S. dollar is the standard currency for all transactions onboard. In order to realize the best exchange rate overseas, we suggest that you take advantage of the ATM machines located in many of the ports of call.

Marina will begin accepting luggage at 11:00 am and note that there is no storage facility at the pier.

Cash advances are also available at the Reception Desk. A daily limit of $500 per registered credit card, can be billed to your credit card for a 5% transaction fee.

Owners, Vista, and Penthouse Suite guests may embark at 12 noon, with access to these rooms for starting at 1:00 pm.

Customs & Immigration at Sea

A taxi from the airport to the pier costs approximately $35, and takes approximately 20 minutes.

Ship Embarkation Times

For all other guests, embarkation will begin at 1pm and we ask you to arrive no later than 4:00 pm if you are already in Tahiti.

The Terrace Café will be serving a light lunch until 5pm.

How do I Check In? You will need your passport and a valid credit card to check in for the cruise. You will then be issued a WorldCard, which will serve as your room key and identification card for boarding and re-boarding the ship. Upon arrival to the port, you will check in, pass through security and your luggage will be transferred by porters to your stateroom. Please carry any documents and valuables in your hand luggage. Luggage will be delivered directly to your stateroom at least one hour prior to departure. If your luggage has not been delivered to your stateroom one hour prior to sailing, please notify the Reception Desk. A mandatory Lifeboat Drill will take place within 24 hours of departure. The purpose of the drill is to familiarize you with routine safety procedures such as life jacket use, muster stations, and lifeboat locations. The Muster Station specific to each stateroom is posted on the back of each stateroom door. The time of the Guest Lifeboat Drill is listed in Oceania Currents.

Sailing Time We will remain docked in Papeete until 5 am on April 5th. You are free to come and go from the ship once you have checked in, but must be onboard no later than 4:00 am on April 5. 8

At each port of call, customs and immigration officials will board the ship and must clear it before we are allowed to go ashore. Normally, this occurs without your knowledge or participation. Occasionally, passengers are called for inspection. In these cases, please follow the instructions provided to assure that we are able to disembark in a timely manner in each port.

Alcoholic Beverage Restrictions Oceania Cruises reserves the right to limit or refuse to allow alcoholic beverages to be brought onboard the ship for consumption during your cruise vacation. Any alcohol brought onboard or purchased onboard will be held in secure storage and delivered to your stateroom on the last night of the cruise.

Shore Excursions If you pre-booked shore excursions prior to arrival at the ship, you will receive tickets for these excursions in your stateroom. You may purchase additional shore excursions onboard, subject to availability, at the shore excursions desk. Atlantis has worked closely with Oceania to enhance and develop excursions that will be fun and exciting for our group. Most of the excursions are “exclusive” to Atlantis guests, although in some cases the tours may be mixed with guests from other cruise ships. If you are in doubt, please inquire with shore excursions before booking. Please note that while many shore excursions may show as sold out, we are working with Oceania to add additional tours.

9

Power Onboard

If You Have a Problem or Question

There are several electrical outlets located in each stateroom and suite bathroom. Available current is both 110v and 220v. You may use personal appliances from the U.S. without the need for electrical converters or transformers. Due to safety reasons, irons may not be used in your stateroom but are available in the self-service laundry facility.

Both the Guest Relations Desk and the Atlantis Information desk can handle just about any difficulty you may encounter. Generally, issues relating to your stateroom, the ship, schedules, or billing should be directed to the Front Desk. Questions regarding entertainment, service, special requests, or anything else should be directed to the Atlantis desk. Questions about excursions should go directly to the shore excursions desk.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services Dry cleaning, laundry and pressing services, and a self-service laundry facility are available onboard for a fee. Laundry detergent, irons, and ironing boards are available in the self-service launderette facilities on each passenger deck.

Gratuities and Tipping Please note that your cruise fare paid to Atlantis does not include standard gratuities and that these will be added to your onboard account by Oceania. The following standard gratuities are automatically added: For guests occupying staterooms, gratuities of $16.00 per guest, per day will be added. For guests occupying Penthouse, Oceania, Vista or Owner's Suites where Butler Service is provided, gratuities of $23.00 per guest, per day will be added. In addition, an 18% service gratuity is automatically added to all beverage purchases, spa services and dinner at La Reserve. These gratuity rates are mandatory on charter sailings and may not be reduced or disputed for any reason. Guests in single staterooms will be charged the gratuity rate for two guests.

Onboard Library The library offers a wide variety of books, reference materials and magazines for your enjoyment onboard. As a courtesy to your fellow guests, we kindly ask that you limit your selections to no more than two books at any given time.

Smoking Policy For your comfort and safety, smoking will be permitted only in a designated section on the aft port side of Horizons, and the forward starboard section of the outdoor Pool Deck. All other areas will remain smoke free. This includes all guest staterooms and suites, verandas, restaurants, public areas, the Casino, and all other areas of the ship. Cigar and Pipe smoking is only permitted on the starboard forward section of the outdoor pool deck.

If the Atlantis desk is unattended, please feel free to ask any Atlantis Team member and we will assist you.

A vast selection of beauty, relaxation and rejuvenation spa treatments and services are available from an expertly trained staff. The Canyon Ranch SpaClub features separate men’s and women’s marble steam rooms and our exclusive fog showers. You may also enjoy the heated outdoor Thalassotherapy Whirlpool Spa with its dramatic panoramic vistas. Charges apply for all spa treatments and services. The spa will be available earlier that day for tours and same-day appointments.

Medical Services The ship’s international medical staff is available for consultation during daily posted office hours. Emergency service is also available. All medical services are subject to customary charges. If you must travel with medications in large quantities, you may be required to show documentation when passing through U.S. or foreign customs. We recommend that all medications be in their original container with the pharmacist’s label attached and carried in your hand luggage. If you should come down with a contagious disease, or even suspect a contagious disease, it’s compulsory that you report it to the ship’s infirmary for the safety of everyone on board. Should you be on any medication, or want the medical staff to be aware of any special needs, please contact the infirmary. This will ensure that they will be prepared should you need assistance.

Please note that Atlantis and/or Oceania reserves the right to change the smoking policy at any time depending on guest requirements. A complete detail of the smoking areas onboard can be found in your stateroom upon embarkation in the Oceania Currents. 10
