Service must be notified by Close of Business two working days prior to the day being cancelled/swapped (eg. Wednesday 6pm for a Friday booking or Thursday 6pm for a Monday booking) ABSENCES: booked days within the 48 hour `no cancellation time’ or Excursion / Incursion days, must be paid for EXCURSIONS/INCURSIONS: Cost added to fee to receive CCB/CCR reduction Are at additional cost to parents All staff attend excursions Trinity sports shirt to be worn for all excursions PLEASE REMEMBER EACH DAY TO WEAR AND BRING: Appropriate footwear (No thongs) / Brimmed hat (no caps) / Big water bottle Prepared lunch. (NO FOOD THAT REQUIRES HEATING). Extra lunch and snacks are recommended. Swimming kit as there may be a possibility of swimming daily. (Dependant on weather/staffing) No towel, swimmers, rash shirt = NO swimming LOST PROPERTY: OSHC does not take responsibility for property that children loose while attending Vacation Care. We encourage parents to name all items. OSHC staff recommends that students leave valuable items at home.
