People and ISO management system People

ISO management system

People are the greatest capital of the company, therefore we provide our employees with the possibility for development and innovative approach to the performed duties. Competence, flexibility and ability to provide arguments are characteristics which are particularly appreciated, opening in this way the possibilities for balanced and long-term development of employees. Permanent team relations are built through the establishment of clear rules and a policy of responsible management that determines the realisation of professional development paths. A system based on mutual questionnaires, measuring the level of satisfaction of employees and evaluating the business activities of the company and its perception, serves the purpose of helping to configure good relationships with employees and indirectly as a consequence of this, with clients, consumers, suppliers and managing staff.

Plastics Group Ltd. was the first company in Poland from the plastic material and aluminium distribution industry to implement the ISO 9001 quality management system in 2004. Within the framework of the ISO system, issues related to company management were approached as a process. Also the directions of ”management through objectives” were established. The consequence of this implementation is the positive perception of the company and its offer by our clients. As well as the external benefits, there are also significant internal benefits – efficient information flow, precise division of competences and responsibilities of the elements of the structure, simplification of internal procedures, timeliness and continuity of deliveries, optimization of the costs of orders and transport as well as elimination of sources of deliveries that contradict the superior doctrine „We are with the Best”.
