Commerical Real Estate Norway AS (GVA CRE Norway) was established in 1999 and is an independent estate agency providing real estate brokerage and advisory services in the Norwegian commercial property market. People in GVA CRE Norway are competent professionals with strong relationships to people and properties locally and internationally. We have a hard-working, assertive and enthusiastic corporate culture. Our principals range from private individuals to listed companies, institutions and property developers, public enterprises, governmental and local authorities. Our Lease Team offers leasing, advisory and project development in all segments of commercial property. Our Transaction Team advice our clients in the sale of single assets, companies and portfolios, and also represent them at all stages of the acquisition process. Our goal is to secure the best conditions in the market for our customers.

We help clients maximize value at every point in the transaction lifecycle. We support them through the entire process from analyses and valuation to defining target groups, marketing campaigns and negotiations and due diligence support, and all the way through settlement. FCNM has a dedicated staff member that takes care of the settlement.

We also represent clients at all stages of the acquisition process. Both with strategy- and goal definition, investment plan, general counseling as well as targeted search for a potential property acquisition. Our Tenant Representation Team offer search and lease negotiations services in connection with the commercial real estate market. Our goal is to give our clients` lease contracts a competitive edge.

The real estate market is a fast-moving market and intimate market knowledge, focus and a broad network is required if one is to keep up with vacancies, rental prices, volumes, maturities, and geographic distribution and yield levels.
