Youth Spring Leagues Youth Spring League

This is our second spring at Klick Lewis Arena to offer a combined age group non-check spring league. Eligible birth years are 2004-to-2007's. This program is great for players trying to develop their game and stay active in the spring. The league consists of a draft, 10-games & a final on June 7th; games will be played on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. This program runs from mid-March through June. Players should attend the evaluation, if you can't attend contact Will. Renegades Mite Spring League

The Mite Spring program is back and again will focus entirely on skill development and having FUN. The program is set up for the players born 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011's to have a skills session on Mondays at 6:30pm and play a half or cross ice games on Friday at 6pm. What a great way for Mites to prepare for the upcoming season and develop their game. Renegade Mites Spring includes 22 on ice events & a cool Renegades jersey. Performance Academy On the Ice Skate Academy $355 for our 12-week Saturday session Skate with 3-high level coaches this season using the Russian Group Figure Skating Training Method, where figure skaters compete each week with their peers to advance their skating abilities. Each week there is a 45-minute semi private lesson with 6 skaters of similar abilities, then five 15 minute solo practice times. Once every six weeks your skater will have a 15 minute private lesson to further refine their specific skills. There is a weekly 20 minute off-ice dry land work out upstairs working on jumps, spirals, and landing positions. Must at least have passed USFS Basic 4 and between ages 7 to 14 to skate. The twelve week session is a $120 savings over 12 one-hour freestyles skates with 12 half-hour private lessons!!! - Bring your sneakers

This program is for serious players willing to put in the time and work to bring their game to the next level. LEARN TO PLAY ICE HOCKEY - Age: 4-13 - $75.00 Learn to Play Ice Hockey like the Pros. This fun class has the ice divided up into different levels by ability to progress at their own pace. Be sure to arrive 20 minutes early to allow dress time for your new hockey player. Skaters must have attended two LTS sessions, if not a proficient enough of a skater, they may be asked to return to LTS for more seasoning. Required Equipment: Each child is required to wear an approved ice hockey helmet with cage, elbow pads, gloves, cup, shin guards, shoulder pads, hockey pants and ice hockey stick. Have fun while learning the fundamentals of ice skating. Learn to Skate is open to individuals of all ages. No previous skating experience is required.
