SL Tension Packer The T412 SL Tension Packer is a dependable hook wall packer used for water injection and production. The open J-slot and large stainless steel drag springs make the T412 SL ideal for setting in heavily corroded casing. The T412 SL has a right hand rotational safety release built into the top sub. This allows the tubing string to be removed from the packer when normal release procedures fail.

C-1 Tandem Tension Packer The T436 C-1 Tandem Tension Packer is an economical, compact isolation packer. It can be used to isolate casing holes or perforations as well as for multi-zone completions. It is used as the upper packer or packers with a tension packer such as the ASI-X or SL Shear Packer used as the lower packer. The C-1 packer may be run with or without the shear screws. If the packer is run with the shear screws in place, set down weight is required to shear the screws before the packer is moved into the set position.
features and benefits Full bore design. Simple, economical packer for zone isolation. Built in unloader Standard design is left-hand set. Available in right-hand set on request. Shear value field adjustable.

S-1 Tandem Tension Packer The T437 S-1 Tandem Packer is used as an isolation packer in multiple zone completions. Setting: Unjayed position: Apply tension shearing the brass shear screw energizing the packing element. Jayed position: Set down weight shearing the brass shear screws, the rotate 1/8 right hand turn at packer and pull tension to energize the packing element. Releasing: Set down weight to remove applied tension and engage the unloader to Equalize pressures, then rotate 1/8 left hand turn at the packer to re-engage into running jay position.

Cup Packer The T439 Cup Packer is designed with a directional packing element system that provides a seal to prevent communication from one zone to another. It is available in single and double cup designs. The flexible lip automatically seals and hold pressure on the side the lip of the element is facing. The cup packer is a simple and inexpensive method of isolating casing leaks as well isolating nonproductive zones from producing zones. The cups may be installed facing up, facing down or opposing based on the specific application.

Expansion Joint The T495 TEAM Expansion Joint is designed to allow expansion or contraction of the tubing during injection, treating and production operations. It is normally set and retrieved using a ¼ turn to the right but it can be modified to be run on electric wireline if preferred. It is designed to be run with the standard T-2 On-Off Tool disconnect as the seal assembly and retrieving tool. This configuration uses less equipment and trips than a conventional wireline set seal bore packer and allows it to be used in a variety of applications from production packer to retrievable bridge plug. The release mechanism incorporates an internal by-pass which opens to equalize pressure before the upper slips are released from the casing wall by means of a sequential release system.

ASI-X HP Production Packer The T603 ASI-X HP Production Packer is a high pressure double grip tubing retrievable packer that holds pressure from above and below. The HP version of this ASI-X packer is capable of being set in tnesion or compression, once set the tubing string can be left in tension, compression or neutral. It is normally set and retrieved using a ¼ turn to the right. It is designed to be run with the standard T-2 On-Off Tool disconnect as the seal assembly and retrieving tool. The release mechanism incorporates an internal by-pass which opens to equalize pressure before the upper slips are released from the casing wall by means of a sequential release system.
features and benefits The packer can be set in tension, compression or neutral depending on the application. Standard setting and releasing methods incorporate a ¼ turn to the right at the tool. The internal by-pass equalizes pressure across the packer to reduce any tendency to swabbing. Use of the T-2 disconnect feature eliminates the need for expensive seal assemblies. Available in shear relase design. Standard element design rated at 250°F with elevated temperature capabilities up to 425°F with choice of appropriate elastomers. Standard flow wet parts AISI 4130-4145, 110 KSI.

ASII Compression Packer The T611 ASII Double Grip Retrievable Packer is used for production, stimulation and testing. The mechanical upper hold down system reduces the cost and maintenance of a button type hydraulic hold down system. The ASII Packer is equipped with a running bypass that reduces swabbing. Set down weight closes the bypass valve, sets the upper and lower slips and energizes the packing elements. The closed bypass valve activates the pressure balanced hold down system. Pressure from below aids in holding the bypass valve closed and preventing upward movement of the tubing string.

AS-5 Anchor Packer The T628 AS-5 Anchor Packer is the upper packer in a zone isolation completion. The packer was designed to run above the AS-6 Compression Packer. The AS-5 Packer sets by applying weight closing the bypass seal and energizing the packing elements. Once set the AS-5 can be locked in place allowing the tubing string to be removed using the T-2 On/Off Tool. The AS-5 sets and releases with one quarter turn right hand rotation at the packer.

AS-3 Single Grip Packer The T631 AS-3 Single Grip Packer is designed for use in wells that where minimal differential from below is anticipated so that a hold down device is not needed. It is set by applying a quarter turn to the right at the packer followed by set down weight. The packer is released by straight pick up to open the large by-pass allowing equalization. After equalization, the packing elements release reducing tendency of swabbing when pulling out of wellbore. Full opening design allows unrestricted fluid flow and wireline tool movement through the tubing.

SnapSet II Compression Isolation Packer The T636 SnapSet II is a compression set single string isolation packer. The SnapSet II is used where high-differential pressures above the packer are not expected. It is typically run in a zonal isolation completion, in tandem with a lower anchor packer, such as the T600 ASI-X allowing compression setting. It is equipped with a collet which shifts at a predetermined compression value to prevent premature setting during run in. Once the collet shifts the packing elements are engaged and the hold down slips are activated and set. It is released by straight pick up on the tubing, opening the by-pass and releasing the upper slips.
features and benefits The hold down system incorporates a compensating piston. The large by-pass area facilitates run in and counteracts any tendency to swabbing when retrieving. The equalizing system allows the packing element to relax before retrieval. The body is keyed to allow rotation through the packer if needed. Three element packing system. HS-1 Hydraulic Production Packer The T650 HS-1 Hydraulic Set Packer is a high pressure hydraulic set double grip production packer for use in wells where it is desirable to set after the well has been flanged up. It is equally suitable for single completions or in wells where multiple packers are required, because the pressure balance system is zone activated thus offsetting pressure differentials across the packer. All parts are locked to prevent presetting due to pressure build up or debris when running in. It is retrieved by a straight pull shear release.

HS-II Hydraulic Set Dual String Packer The T905 HS-II is a high pressure hydraulic set dual string production packer usually run above a single string hydraulic or wireline set single string packer in a dual completion. It can also be readily modified for use as a low pressure packer in a submersible pump completion. Its compact length makes it ideal for use in deviated wells or in applications where doglegs are anticipated. The sequential upper slip release system ensures that each slip is released individually to reduce the loads required to release the packer. The HS-II Packer is available with short string or long string setting capabilities and a variety of tubing connections and short string seal options. It is also adaptable for electric, submersible pump applications.
features and benefits Hydraulic set to allow well completions to be flanged up before setting. Released by straight pull on the long string with field adjustable shear setting. Dressed with upper slip rather than hold-down buttons for added reliability. Can be pressure tested on location prior to running. TEAM Pack The Team Oil Tools T265 Team Pack packer is a retrievable seal bore packer which can be run on electric line with a wireline adapter kit and setting tool or on tubing using a hydraulic setting tool. TL Perma-Pack Seal Bore Packer The T670 Perma-pack Permanent Seal Bore Production Packer is a versatile tool that can be used for single or multiple zone completions. The Perma-pack is ideally suited for wells where high pressure, temperatures and corrosive fluids are anticipated. JL Perma-Pack Seal Bore Packer The T671 Perma-Pack Permanent Seal bore Production Packer is a versatile tool that can be used for single or multiple zone completions. Scorpion Packer The Team T1125 Scorpion Packer is a permanent wireline set production packer with threaded top and bottom connections of choice. It is designed to be run in conjunction with a T512 T-2 On/Off overshot and T510 T-2 On/Off stinger to simplify and speed up well completion. The packer and stinger are made up together and run and set on electric wireline using a standard wireline adapter kit, the tubing and overshot are then run, spaced out and landed using standard techniques.
features and benefits Setting on electric wireline, using the combination of a power charge and a pressure setting assembly, enables the packer to be accurately located in the well by correlation with well logs. Allows placement of the packer in a much shorter time than tubular conveyed methods. Simple and fast installation process. Releasing the tubing from the packer requires only a ¼ turn at the packer. The seals are retained in the overshot rather than exposed as in standard seal assemblies. Available in sizes 4-1/2” thru 7” and a standard pressure rating of 10,000psi. Available for standard service with Nitrile packing elements. Available for sour service with an Aflas Ecner array packing element. Stinger can be supplied with a variety of profiles for landing plugs etc. Full circle slips allow for fast run in time.

H/D Tubing Anchor Catcher The T312 H/D Tubing Anchor Catcher is a heavy duty rationally activated tool used to prevent vertical movement of the tubing string. The H/D Anchor uses drag blocks in place of friction springs allowing for better torque resistance and longevity. T-2 On/Off Connector The T-2 On/Off Connector was designed to disconnect and connect the tubing string from/ to a double grip production packer, such as the AS1-X, that does not require tension or compression to maintain a pack-off. It consists of two components, the T510 Stinger and the T512 Overshot and it can be used in treating, fracing, testing and production applications. The Stinger can be supplied with an internal profile of choice to accept a wireline plug and the complete tool is available in a broad range of materials to suit standard or sour service applications to 10,000psi with seal materials suitable for up to 425ºF.

Telescoping Swivel Joint The TEAM T572 Telescoping Swivel Joint is designed for use in multi string packer completions to facilitate their assembly. It allows easy makeup of the tubing by allowing both rotation and telescoping of its top and bottom sub relative to each other. The standard tool can telescope up to 24 inches but it can be furnished in various lengths, upon request to suit specific completion requirements.
features and benefits Available in N-80 or L-80 material as standard, premium materials supplied on request. Available with API threads as standard but premium threads can be provided as needed. Nitrile seals are supplied as standard but premium seals are available as required. Standard telescoping length is 24 inches.

PBR The T-585 TEAM PBR Polished Bore Receptacle is used in a well completion to provide a means of sealing the tubing to the top of the production packer while maintaining maximum ID. It can accept either a latching type or locator seal assembly. It is made up to the top of the packer and provides an upper seal bore to allow tubing retrieval without releasing the packer. The PBR is run with the seal assembly in place. Following tubing retrieval, the PBR can be released from the packer using the pulling tool and right-hand rotation.
features and benefits Available with premium thread down. Available in premium materials. Equipped with standard nitrile seals. Premium seals available upon request. Upper Right-hand box thread to allow right-hand rotation to release PBR from the packer. After packer setting and testing the locator seal assembly is released by straight pull on the tubing to shear the screws and allow space out. Can accommodate locator seal assemblies. Available in 5, 10, 15 and 20 foot lengths. Allows tubing retrieval while leaving the packer and PBR in place. Allows subsequent PBR retrieval with right-hand rotation pulling tool.

The T598 Wireline Adapter Kit is used as the interface between the Patriot or the ASIXW retrievable packer to enable them to be set in place using standard pressure setting assemblies.

Isolation Jet Sleeve The T509 Isolation Jet Sleeve allows for a secondary cement job of the casing string above a lost circulation zone without having to drill out cement or plugs. The system can also be run to selectively cement off any zone. The Isolation Jet Sleeve is run an integral part of the casing string. If lost returns are encountered during the primary cement job, the Isolation Jet Sleeve allows for a secondary cement job. Once the primary cement job is complete, a shifting tool is run into the wellbore to open the Isolation Jet Sleeve and allow for a secondary cement job. Once complete, the excess cement is circulated out of the well eliminating the need to drill out. Multiple sleeves may be run in a single well allowing for multi-zone cementing. The sleeve uses the Isolation Shifting tool to open and close the Isolation Jet Sleeve. The Isolation Jet Sleeve is mechanically locked to prevent premature opening during well operations and well life.

Super Set™ Composite Bridge & Frac Plug The Super Set™ utilizes a high strength composite components to provide a dependable, durable and cost-effective design for temporary zone isolation during stage fracs in both vertical and horizontal wells. Super Set™ plugs are constructed primarily from molded or machined composites, with cast iron slips, ensuring fast drill time while remaining highly reliable. The Super Set™ is a multi-configuration plug that allows a user to convert the tool from a Ball Drop to a Caged Ball or Bridge plug in minutes. This conversion is easily accomplished using hand tools and simple kits (Bridging Pin or Caged Ball Assembly). The setting sleeve and shear adapter are designed to be run on any wireline setting tool or tubing-run hydraulic setting tool, with Baker #10, Baker #20, or 3.500” G.O. connections. The two piece setting sleeve utilizes an adjuster nut that mates directly to the setting tool. The shear sleeve adapter is also designed to allow the drop ball to be placed inside the adapter. This gives the user the choice to utilize the plug in the flow back configuration without having to drop and pump the ball down from the surface. Patent Pending
