Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat phase A up to 78°C under stirring and disperse A1. 2. Heat phase B up to 78°C. Emulsify phase B in phase A/A1 under stirring. 3. Homogenize for 1 - 2 min. using an Ultra Turrax. 4. Start to cool down to 30°C under stirring. 5. Adjust pH-value to 5.2 - 5.4. Specification Values: Appearance: Soft off-white emulsion. pH-value: 5.2 - 5.4. Viscosity (Brookfield: TF; Speed: 10 rpm): Approx. 20.000 mPa·s. Centrifugation (4.000 rpm; 15 min.): No separation. Stability: More than 3 months stable at 20°C, 40°C and 4°C. Microbiological Stability: Proven.
