RESEARCH FUNDING Inter American Development Bank (IADB) 09/2005 – 07/2006 Project # RS-T1187. $200,000 Role: Co-Investigator “Prevalence of Developmental Delays in Infancy” The objective of this project was to investigate the feasibility and methodological challenges of supporting the governments of Chile, Nicaragua and Honduras in developing, pilot testing, validating, implementing and analyzing the results of a child development questionnaire inserted in large, population level household surveys. Inter American Development Bank (IADB) 09/2005 – 07/2006 Project # RS-T1189 $150,000 Role: Co-Investigator “Cost-Effectiveness of Prevention and Control of Developmental delays in Infancy” The objective of this project was to investigate the cost and effectiveness of Early Child Development programs being implemented by governmental and non-governmental organizations delivering health, education and social protection services to young children in Chile, Nicaragua and Honduras.
