CONDICIONES GENERALES DE CONTRATACIÓN GENERAL CONTRACTING RULES OF SERVIS Todos los elementos son en régimen de alquiler, por lo que en caso de sufrir deterioro, una vez instalados, el expositor se hará cargo de daños causados en los mismos. All pre decorated stand elements offered here in are rented to Exhibitors for the Event and must suffer no damages whatsoever. Exhibitors shall be liable for any damages caused to rent articles. Debido a la constante renovación de stock la empresa montadora se reserva el derecho, si fuese necesario, de cambiar algún elemento por otro similar. The substitution of an element offered by the Exhibitor for another similar element shall be subject to the criteria of the Assembly Team. Una vez terminada la feria, se retirará el mobiliario no siendo la empresa montadora responsable de los objetos olvidados. Once the trade fair is over, the furnishing shall be removed, whit the Assembly Company not being responsible for the objects left begin. Los materiales y trabajos se deberán presentar por escrito mediante la presente solicitud. All Works and materials shall be understood to have been confirmed only when orders are made in writing or on the present ordering form. Modificación de pedido. El expositor deberá notificar por escrito a la empresa montadora la modificación del pedido. Modification of an order: the exhibitor must be made in writing to the company of any modification. No se aceptarán modificaciones de pedido a partir de la fecha límite. No modifications of an order will be accepted from deadline. No se aceptará ninguna solicitud que no haya sido abonada antes de la fecha límite. No orders will be accepted if they are not paid before deadline. La fecha límite para la recepción de solicitudes es 5 días antes de la inauguración. Los pedidos posteriores tendrán un 25% de incremento. Deadline to receive orders will be 5 days before the grand opening. All orders after that day will have 25% increases.

La empresa montadora no se responsabiliza de la fecha de entrega de los servicios pedidos fuera de plazo. The setting up company will not be responsible for orders after deadline. Los pagos se realizarán mediante transferencia bancaria, es imprescindible enviar copia de la transferencia junto al formulario de petición, a la empresa montadora. All payments must be made by bank transfer, you must send copy of it and the furniture for whit it to the Assembly Company. Una vez entregado el material solicitado en el stand cualquier anulación de éste, no será devuelto el importe. Once we have delivered the order cancellations will not be reimbursed.
