La válvula de mariposa, es una válvula de 90º grados que controla la circulación del fluido mediante un disco circular, que gira quedando perpendicular al sentido de circulación del fluido en su posición cerrada. La válvula de mariposa compacta de PVC se caracteriza por su cuerpo de diseño robusto, dotado de nervaduras de refuerzo y con los alojamientos de los tornillos integrados. Se trata de una válvula especialmente dirigida a la industria, utilizando como estándar el acero A-2. Butterfly valve, is a 90º valve which controls the degree of fluid flow through a circular disc which rotates being perpendicular to the flow direction in its closed position. The PVC compact butterfly valve is characterized by its reinforced body, with reinforcement ribbings and integrated screw housing. It is a valve specially aimed to industry, using A-2 steel as a standard.

La posibilidad de su fabricación en PVC o PPFV le otorga una gran versatilidad, adaptándose a un gran número de aplicaciones. Su accionamiento puede ser mediante embrague o gatillo. The Implex butterfly valves is characterized by the multi-standard design of screw housing, making it suitable for any market. It can be made of PVC or GFPP which makes it very versatile, as it can be adapted to a great deal of applications. It can be started through a clutch or a trigger.

Hidroten amplía su gama de válvulas de mariposa Implex con la medida Ø400, siendo el único fabricante nacional en producirla. Se trata de una válvula realizada en PPR con certificación WRAS, con eje de acero inoxidable AISI 420 y totalmente mecanizada para ofrecer las máximas garantías de funcionamiento. El cual será siempre suave gracias a su manorreductor y a su sistema de junta alojada en la mariposa que aporta un par de maniobra más bajo y estable que otros sistemas. Hidroten widens its butterfly valves range with the big size Ø400, being the only national manufacturer able to produce it. It is a valve made of PPR with WRAS certification with AISI 420 shaft and totally machined, for offering the maximum performance warranties. It will always work softly thanks to its hand wheel reducer and the gasket built in the butterfly system, that provides a lower and more stable operation torque.

TAPÓN PROTECTOR / PROTECTIVE CAP

Máxima protección sobre tornillo, tuerca y arandela.

Hidroten aporta a sus válvulas embridadas la opción de incluir en la tornillería el TAPÓN PROTECTOR. Fabricado en PP, ofrecen una resistencia óptima frente a los ambientes agresivos y frente a la acción de los rayos UV en la exposición de las válvulas a la intemperie. El uso del TAPÓN PROTECTOR garantiza la perfecta conservación de las partes metálicas protegidas, aumentando la vida útil de la instalación y facilitando las operaciones de montaje y desmontaje al evitar la oxidación de la parte expuesta de los tornillos, la mayor razón por la que se producen gripajes de tornillos. En ambientes agresivos como pueden ser piscinas, conseguiremos que las partes críticas del tornillo así como la tuerca y arandelas no estén en contacto con el ambiente ácido, evitando la oxidación. En instalaciones a la intemperie evitaremos los nocivos efectos de los rayos UV sobre el metal. Los distintos colores en que están fabricados nos permiten identificar a simple vista el tipo de fluido que circula por el interior de la conducción, suponiendo un importante aporte en cuanto a comodidad y seguridad en las instalaciones. Hidroten adds to its flanged valves the option of including in the bolts and nuts the PROTECTIVE CAP. Produced in PP they offer an optimal resistance against aggressive environments and against the UV rays action in valves installed in the field. The use of the PROTECTIVE CAP warranties the perfect conservation of the metallic parts, increasing the useful life of the installation and making easier the mounting operation by avoiding the oxidation of the exposed bolt parts, the main reason of bolts blocking. In aggressive environments such as swimming pools, is achieved to avoid that critical parts of bolt and nuts are in contact with acid environments, avoiding the oxidation. In installation in the open field we will avoid the harmful effects of UV rays on the metal surface. The different colours in which they are produce allows us to identify the kind of liquid flowing inside the pipe, being an important improvement in comfort and security in installations.
