Bread, Pastries and Savouries The Crazy Baker has a large selection of delicious breads and yummy pastries and savouries that are all made using traditional artisan techniques. All our eggs are free range and where possible our products are sourced locally. Our products are not made in a nut or a wheat free environment and because they’re handmade, weights are approximate. We also bake some wonderful breads that take 48 hours to produce (the ones in green) so if you want to pick up a loaf, be sure to come into one of the cafes and order there or order by phone 48 hours before you need it. We will deliver to your door if you order before 12pm for next day delivery and you’ll find our delivery area map in store or on our website. We make a soft dough studded with olive oil rosemary and sea salt that is baked in an oven dish and is great for tearing and sharing. Sold as squares or as a whole piece. Flavoured Focaccia £2.50 Per Square or £12.50 for the whole 1kg tray Our forcaccia is made with Italian ciabatta rustica flour. We make a soft dough studded with onion, bacon and cheddar or goat’s cheese and red onion then baked in an oven dish and is great for tearing and sharing sold as squares on as a whole. Ciabatta Rustica (400g) £1.95 (120g) £0.60 The famous Italian slipper bread. Our ciabatta is made by our Artisan bakers with authentic ciabatta rustica flour milled in Mulini Italy. The biga (ferment) is fermented 24 hours before production. This lends itself to a hydrated open, airy structure with a good crust and perfect for sandwiches and for bruschetta. .

Country Loaf (800g) £2.90 (400g) £1.80 Inspired by my latest holiday in France we wanted to create an affordable everyday sourdough with wholemeal, rye and white flours . Rye Sourdough (800g) £4.20 (400g) £2.30 We introduced this loaf in January and it has proved so popular we have had to keep it in the sourdough range. This part white, part rye sourdough is delicious with a dark crust and light open crumb. It is proved over 48 hours and has a distinctive sourness to the crumb that works particularly with smoked salmon and seafood. We also like it toasted with our Seville orange marmalade.
