T-Type Series MR11 LED Lamps B.L.T.C. T-type Series MR11 G4.0/EZ10 LED lamp was integrated with the most advance LED source and assembled with our key components of drivers (power), thermal and optics, T-type MR11 provides the quantity and quality of light produced by traditional halogen lamp.

LED source- Energy Saving, Trusty Life & Truth Color All B.L.T.C. LED light source were manufactured by leading LED companies such as, Nichia, Cree and Lumileds. All LED source which B.L.T.C. collected is not less than 80lm/W and truth color, C.R.I +75. This is the main reason B.L.T.C. LED bulbs are providing highest performance in Life, Luminous Intensity, C.R.I and reliability.

Driving source- Energy Saving, Life, Reliability & Safety, B.L.T.C. is a professional company to design drivers and controller. To meet the life standard of LED and produce the most energy saving lamp source, all integrated drivers for B.L.T.C bulbs reach power efficiency 75~85%, components life >50K hrs under 80˚ centigrade. All of our design conformed to the EMI and safety principle in most of advanced countries.

Optics Source- Lighting Application B.L.T.C. produced LED lamp based on various kind of optical design. There is fruitful design in optics to meet all lighting application such as track light, general architectural, landscape lighting, display case fixtures, cabinet lighting and OEM lighting for different industries.

Fixture Compatibility The T-type series MR11 G4.0 or EZ10 is not compatible with all MR11 fixtures. Before installation, please read following guidelines: -T-type series MR11 can not be installed in sealed fixtures. -T-type series MR11 can not be installed in outdoor fixtures. -T-type series MR11 is not designed for use in wet environment. -T-type series MR11 is not compatible with fixtures which have integrated electric type AC transformers. -T-type series MR11 can not install in a fixture which an integral primary optics to focus the light.

Transformer Compatibility Two Types of low-voltage transformers are used with traditional Halogen lamps; magnetic AC12V and electronic AC12V. Consider the following when selecting transformers for use with MR11 LED. - AC12V Magnetic Transformer: The LED bulb is compatible with magnetic transformers used with 12V halogens; however, magnetic transformers are heavier, less efficient, and make noise. Under 12V AC condition, T-type series MR11 LED can only present 90% lighting comparing the condition under 12V DC. - AC12V Electronic Transformer: The LED bulb is not compatible with electronic transformers or electronic-magnetic AC12V due to the output section of this kind of transformers are not stable. Besides, some electronic transformers require a minimum load higher than 5~10Watt in order to work properly. - Symptoms of incompatibility include: no light output, flickering, strobe and randomly shutdown. - DC12V Power Supply: T-type MR11 can perform highest brightness and power efficiency under DC 12V power supply. - DC Constant current driver: T-type MR11 can also perform high efficiency with constant current driver which is greater than 8V DC of output section.

B.L.T.C warrants products for 1 year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship which may lead to failure of the bulb to transmit light. During the warranty period, if the product fails to perform as described above, B.L.T.C. entire liability will be the repair or replacement of such defective product. In no event shall B.L.T.C. be responsible for removal or reinstallation of any product or for the expenses thereof. The above warranty does not apply to, and B.L.T.C. makes no warranties with respect to products which have been subjected to misuse neglect, accident, abuse, or operating or environment conditions that deviate from the parameters established in applicable specifications; or have been improperly installed, stored, maintained, repaired or altered by anyone other than B.L.T.C.; or have had their serial numbers or month and year of manufacture or shipment removed, defected or altered.
