Spaarlampen bieden tal van voordelen: - laag verbruik - lange levensduur (meer dan 12000 branduren) - verschillende kleurtemperaturen(uitgedrukt in Kelvin) mogelijk , gaande van warm licht(2.500K) tot koud licht (6.000K). Deze fitting werd ontworpen voor mensen die hun lampen regelmatig en gedurende langere periodes laten branden.

Les lampes économiques offrent de multiples avantages: - faible consommation - grande longévité (plus de 12000 heures de ser vice) - différentes températures de couleur possibles (exprimées en Kelvin), allant d'une lumière chaude (2.500K) à une lumière froide (6.000K). Ces douilles ont été conçues pour des points d'éclairage régulièrement utilisés pendant de longues périodes.

Enkele belangrijke opmerkingen: - Indien de lampen niet veel branden(gebruik van bewegingsmelders...) , zal de levensduur van de fitting en de spaarlamp drastisch verlaagd worden ,ten gevolge van de blijvende condensatie. In dat geval raadt Royal Botania U ten zeerste aan te opteren voor de halogeen fitting hieronder beschreven. - Royal Botania raadt ten zeerste het gebruik van deze fitting (voor spaarlampen) in combinatie met bewegingsmelders af. (kan best gebruikt worden in combinatie met een schemer- of tijdschakelaar). HALOGEEN FITTING, IP55: Halogeen fitting 12V (laagspanning): deze fitting is voorzien voor G4 halogeen lampjes van max. 20W Halogeen fitting 220V(hoogspanning): deze fitting is voorzien voor G9 halopin lampjes van max. 25W. Deze halogeen fittingen zijn niet standaard voorzien in de armaturen en dienen bijgevolg optioneel besteld te worden (cfr. Accessoires op de prijslijst van Royal Botania)

Remarques importantes : - Si les lampes ne sont pas utilisées pendant de longues périodes, la durée de vie utile de la douille et de la lampe économique se verra réduite significativement en raison de la condensation persistante. (Dans ce cas, Royal Botania vous conseille d'opter dès le départ pour la douille halogène décrite ci-dessous). - Royal Botania déconseille formellement d'utiliser cette douille en même temps qu'un détecteur de mouvement. - Convient idéalement avec un interrupteur temporisé ou un détecteur de pénombre. Het teak hout dat wij gebruiken, behoeft gezien zijn hoge resistentie geen bijkomende bescherming. Door blootstelling aan UV stralen, zal het natuurlijk vergrijzen. Indien men, omwille van esthetische redenen, de vergrijzing wil tegengaan, kan men het teak hout behandelen met de Teak Sealer van Royal Botania. Hierbij is het uitermate belang dat men zich er van gewist dat het hout volledig droog is alvorens men de Teak Sealer aanbrengt. Buiten de Teak Sealer heeft Royal Botania nog andere onderhoudsproducten in het gamma. Teakhout is een levend materiaal. Het resultaat van deze behandeling is een gladder metaalopper vlak dat veel meer bestand is tegen een agressief milieu. De “solid surface” materialen verwerkt in de Royal Botania collectie zijn afhankelijk van de toepassing van het merk Corian of Kerrock. Gemaakt uit composietmateriaal dat in de massa werd gekleurd. Het is massief en homogeen, zonder overgangen of naden. Het basisbestanddeel van dit product is aluminiumtrihydraat (ATH). Verder bestaat het uit acr ylaatharsen, die gebruikt worden als bindmiddel. Aluminiumhydroxide maakt het materiaal erg stijf en bovendien hittebestendiger dan andere kunststoffen. Because Royal Botania does not compromise when it comes to quality, we only use carefully selected, fully-grown teak that is har vested in accordance with strict standards in terms of environmental conser vation requirements. Because it is so robust, the teak that we use requires no additional protection. Exposure to UV rays will give the wood a natural grey colour. If you want to prevent this greying, the teak can be treated with our Teak Sealer. You will find more details in our care brochure. The result of this treatment is a smoother surface to the metal which is much more resistant to marine (harsh) environments. The ‘solid surface’ materials used in the Royal Botania collection depend on the use of the brand Corian or Kerrock. Made of composite material with continuous colouring throughout the product. It is solid and homogeneous without transitions or seams. The basic component of this product is alumina trihydrate (ATH). It also comprises acr ylic resins which act as a binding agent. Aluminium hydroxide makes the material extremely rigid as well as more heat-resistant than other synthetic materials. Acr ylic creates flexibility so that the material is easy to process as well as being impact-resistant and strong. 5 good reasons for choosing this material: 1. hard-wearing / 2. non-porous / 3. hygienic / 4. impact-resistant / 5. UV-resistant.

Il legno teak che noi utilizziamo, vista la sua alta resistenza, non necessità di alcuna protezione ulteriore. La semplice esposizione ai raggi UV lo invecchierà naturalmente. Qualora s’intendesse contrastare il processo d’invecchiamento, allora si potrà trattare il legno teak con il nostro prodotto Teak Sealer.
