SCSI Connector Fastener Types: These are the default fastener types for all SCSI cable connectors. Thumbscrews: Standard for all SCSI 5, SCSI 3, SCSI 1 with DB25 and SCSI 1 with DB50 connectors. They are also the standard for all 90° angle connectors except the 90° CN50 style connector. Spring Latches: This is the standard for the SCSI 2 connector which is not 90° angle. (The 90° angle SCSI 2 has thumbscrews) Bail Latches: This is the standard for all SCSI 1 with CN50 style connectors including the 90° angle one.
