Yes, as long as your NVR and your Mobile Devices are connected to internet you are able to view it even when you are travelling in China.

Can I view NVR imge on my Computer? and Can I Playback Video Archive on Browser?

Yes you can register and account on www.Goolink.org and add your NVR Goolink ID into your account. You can only view on IE Browser and you will need to install Plug-in to Make it Work.

When I receive the NVR and try to connect my NVR to Goolink but it says "Wrong ID, another Please", what's wrong?

A:

Please contact your NVR seller for Goolink firmware to upload onto NVR.

How I find Goolink ID number and where can I get the QR code.

A:

In NVR setting menu (Both from IE or Local) You can find QR code Menu and there is a QR Code there. It is your NVR's Goolink ID. And You can find Device Serial Number of NVR.

"ICloud" in our NVR means "Goolink" P2P Function. Please check , if your NVR ICLOUD is closed in the left parameter. You can enable or disable "Goolink P2P" Function from here. "WebServer" in the left parameter means "NVR's Web Interface". If you close "WebServer" then you will not be able to access NVR Web Interface. "Dana" is an extra P2P ID for Smart Mobile Phone App "Danale". It is still under development but you can use it if Goolink Server is not Stable in some countries. When you open "Dana" you will find another QR Code in QR Menu. Using "Danale" Mobile App you will need to register an account first.

Login the new account, and you will enter into live-view page, and click "Devices" you can manage/add new devices. Now you need to click "Add", then input the devices ID, and device name, and device username, device password, and the channels. (Default device-user: admin, password is empty.) Now navigate to "Live", you will see the control interface, but the video footage doesn't display, that means you need to install the IE plugin, click "Plugins Download", it will automatically download the plugin, you should install it in your computer, then refresh the webpage, after enable the plugin, you will see the video footage.
