Anaheim International Film Festival Recap Report

AIFF Mission Statement The AIFF mission is to create an environment that inspires, nurtures and showcases the work of emerging independent film talent while paying tribute to accomplished film artists in the international, national and local film communities.

AIFF in the Community “I applaud the Anaheim International Film Festival organizers for bringing positive economic development, cultural arts and education to Anaheim and Orange County. It enhances the quality of life for local residents and ensures that the Anaheim/OC area remains a world-class visitor destination and great place to conduct business. We are proud to support the festival in making this an inspiring annual tradition that will endure for years to come.” - Charles Ahlers, president, Anaheim/OC Visitor & Convention Bureau

AIFF in the Community “I am delighted to see AIFF’s OneMinute Film Challenge offered to our students. The Challenge will engage the minds of young people around the county as they seek new ways to tell their stories. I know that there are many exciting things going on in film-making and animation in Orange County schools, and I am really looking forward to seeing the great work our kids will produce.” - Bill Habermehl, Superintendent of Schools, OC Dept. of Education

AIFF in the Community “My deepest gratitude goes toward the Anaheim International Film Festival for all that it has done for Orange County. They have created an organization that has fostered understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and values, and have set high standards for quality film education and exhibition. Their efforts have brought a world-class cultural and educational event to the city of Anaheim, Orange County and the international film festival circuit.” - Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez

AIFF in the Community "I’m absolutely thrilled that the AIFF is bringing Hollywood to Orange County. Anaheim is home to some of the top brands in the world, recognized in the fields of entertainment, sports, business and so much more. The time is ripe for our great city to make its mark in the movie industry, and that’s precisely what the Anaheim International Film Festival brings to the table. Having been in business for over 20 years in Anaheim, I know that local companies and residents will really enjoy and benefit from being the host community for this historic event." - Bruno Serato, proprietor, Anaheim White House Restaurant
