Comments and Questions I think that we need a greater understanding of how we can and should develop the faulty and staff as a team approach to address our challenges in these areas. We need more common language and the oppurtunity to develop an understanding of the roles of various members of the school community as we work towards a common and shared goal for the students we share. Many of us have taken advantage of the workshops the IU offers during the summer and greatly appreciate them. I do hope you will continue to offer them in the summer. They are always interesting, well planned and informative. Since our district no longer participates in the county-wide in-service with the IU, I especially appreciate having an opportunity to earn professional development hours and knowledge during the summer workshops. Thank you for all you do to help us be better prepared for our ever evolving duties as Paras. I am very interested in attending courses specifically designed for speech-language pathologists. Thank you!
