[email protected]. 2. All Exhibition Building entry blanks must list all items you wish to enter. Tags will be preprinted for each item. The entry form must be received by Sunday, July 27, 2015, in order for all items to be properly displayed. 3. A tag will be preprinted for each article stating department, lot, and name of exhibitor and will remain attached to the article during the fair. 4. All exhibits must be delivered to the exhibition building on Thursday, August 6 between 3:00pm and 7:00pm OR on Friday, August 7 between 8:00am and noon. 5. The Fair Committee will exercise all reasonable care of exhibits, but will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur. 6. In absence of competition, the withholding of premiums will be at the discretion of the judges. 7. All premiums will be paid according to records in the Judge’s book. 8. Junior Division: 15 and under. 9. No exhibit fee will be charged but all exhibitors must purchase tickets to enter the fair. 10. Exhibits may not be removed before 6:00pm Sunday, August 9, 2015. 11. All exhibits must be picked up by 8:00pm on Sunday, August 9 or they will be disposed of at the convenience of the Fair Committee. 12. LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED but there may be a wait in line at the time of delivery for them to be entered into the computer and for tags to be printed. 13.
