ALGLO LED Storage Facility Solution Overview: ALGLO is a company of engineers with innovation at its core. After working in the OEM market manufacturing LED drivers and controllers we are releasing a line of LED switches and packages that are perfect for smaller structures, standalone structures and pre-fab buildings. The technology within the ALGLO’s switches allows for a significant increase in efficiency and the ability to customize solutions across multiple applications and industries. In the self-storage industry it has key differentiating factors that can help to reduce a business’ hard costs significantly: 

Basic Packages: All packages will be built out into a custom quote on a project by project basis based on existing building layout, new project blue prints, and client specifications. Installation Cost Overview: Installation cost will vary depending on local policies, material costs, and labor costs. Please reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] and submit a request for a formal quote. We will provide a formal estimate to the final cost of your project with the use of your floor plans and desired products. Because the entire ALGLO infrastructure is Class II, no electrician is needed for installation. In many instances, storage facilities can use their own maintenance employees to fully install the system. Because of this there is a significantly reduced cost to new build locations and a low cost to existing locations who are looking to replace existing lighting or add lighting to units that do not currently have any. In addition to Class II reducing labor costs, it also reduces the cost of electrical wire. Because ALGLO’s system runs on low voltage current, 18 gauge wire can be used which is significantly less expensive than 12 and 14 gauge wire along with electrical pipe that is used in traditional lighting installs. Because it is easier to navigate and work with, it also reduces installation time. True LED light fixtures require none of the expensive components needed in LED replacement lamps and bulbs. Each LED replacement product includes an AC to DC rectifier (to convert the power), an LED driver, electrolytic capacitors, and a lot of heat distribution materials which account for the high cost. Eliminating the need for them eliminates the need for frequent, costly replacement within your organization. Lastly, driving LED products with low voltage electricity significantly extends the life expectancy of the LEDs, meaning you get more life (two or three times) out of your lights.

Energy Savings Overview: ALGLO’s LED Lighting System reduces energy usage by more than 80% in comparison to 120v AC lighting systems. Within storage facilities ALGLO can also reduce the potential for customers to jack the light fixture and run 120v power to a freezer, power tools, or other devices that go against standard protocol for a storage space. On top of that, our POP switches come with a timer (20 minutes is standard but can be adjusted per client request, generally without additional cost) to reduce the accidental energy fees incurred if a renter were to leave the light on and leave. Installation Guide: Please reach out with any questions you may have during the process, it will ensure proper installation and help us to learn where we can be of more service or build out more materials to address. For existing buildings, it is possible (and easy) to run the wire initially and install the switch and light fixture the next time a renter enters their unit. ALGLO’s LED Storage Facility System can be installed in similar fashion to a security system or video surveillance system, using small wire and standard labor. Detailed plans are provided for every installation. 1. Install DC Panel (3) on an external wall of the building next to the existing AC Circuit Breaker (5) or in an equipment room. a. Connection to AC circuit breaker, disconnect switch, or energy independent solar power system. Just one circuit breaker can power a couple hundred LED lights. 2. Run 18 Gauge Wire (4) from the DC Panel (3) to each of the units. 3. All terminations of wiring are color coded to eliminate the possibility of miss-wiring. 4. Connect up to 15 True LED Fixtures (2) on one DC circuit from DC Panel (3). 5. Turn system on and know that you are using less energy and its cost, and that maintenance has been reduced greatly.

ALGLO’s LED Storage Facility System for indoor facilities is a very simple installation similar to the outdoor system but with motion sensors and wireless controllers to meet storage facility needs. Detailed plans are provided for every installation. 1. At each controller four light fixtures can be attached with #18 two conductor wire and a home run to the DC power panel should be made with a #16 2 conductor wire. A ground wire is not necessary for this system. 2. At each switch four light fixtures can be attached with #18 two conductor wire and a home run to the DC power panel should be made with a #16 2 conductor wire. A ground wire is not necessary for this system. 3. Motion sensors or door switches can be connected into switches and controllers to allow hallways, entries or other areas to be fully lighted, dimmed or turned off completely. Activation of sensors or an ALGLO switch can start or restart timer cycles (time durations can be pre-configured). Wiring for sensors should be with #22 or 26 two conductor wire.
