Operation Description at Time of Inspection: Gas station and convenience store.
Inspector Comments: (Refer to page 4 of 4 for violations cited, if any) 1)The piping sumps properly maintained. Water was removed from the sumps. 2)Veeder-Root TLS-350 is working properly. All lights were replaced. 3)Sensors at the sumps and dispensers properly installed. 4)CSLD test done by Veeder - Root TLS 350 and pass. 5)The in line leak detectors test are done electronic by the Veeder - Root TLS 350. 6)The RDRL is developed and available for inspection. 7)The monthly visual inspections are done and they are kept in a log book. The inspections cover all of the items that have secondary containment and the automatic release detection equipment records kept. 8)The registration for the current year has been paid for and is on file. 9)The third party petroleum liability insurance is on file and is up to date. 10)Historical photos taken and current site map develop. 11)The Broward County Hazardous Materials License is kept at the office.
