Dear Interested Adult Basketball Team Manager or Players,
Mayfield Village Parks and Recreation Department will be offering the Men’s 18 and Over Sunday Morning Adult Basketball League Enclosed is an informational packet and registration form for the leagues this season. The league will have an important league organizational meeting that will be held in advance of league play. At the meeting, a manager or team representative must be present. Specific league rules and other general information about the league will be discussed. The Men’s Over 18 year old league will hold their meeting in the Mayfield Village Civic Center Hall, 6622 Wilson Mills Road, directly across from the Police Department. Over 18 Men’s Basketball

Entry Fee:
$375 for school district teams plus official fees of $23 per game for official and $15.00 for scorer’s fee, timer, computerized statistics, copies and web site
Equipment:
Teams will be required to wear matching shirts – color to be discussed at league meeting with number (#) on back.

To be determined at organizational meeting.
