Michael D Bell My career provides strong analytical, organizational and communications skills, with a deep understanding of government. It has been built around global security affairs, conflict management and resolution, policy analysis and formulation, good governance issues and the management of Embassies abroad in challenging circumstances. I have significant expertise in integrating multifocussed activities into coherent policy results, working under pressure ranging from sharp political deadlines to managing national interests during wartime.
