Dear Friends of Camp Fantastic: Can you believe it has been THIRTY years since the first Camp Fantastic Open/Pat Collins Memorial Golf Tournament?!? What has been accomplished during those 30 years by the Host Committee, our long-time supporters, sponsors and golf participants is nothing short of incredible!! On behalf of Camp Fantastic, we sincerely thank each of you for your continued support of this annual golf tournament. Each year’s proceeds has helped fund the operating costs of this special camp for children fighting cancer or HIV infection from Maryland, Washington and Virginia. This year, as we commemorate all of the amazing work and contributions made on behalf of the tournament, we have changed the date to ensure each and every supporter can participate, by holding the tournament on Columbus Day, Monday, October 13, 2014!! The tournament will start with a Noon Shotgun Start at 1757 Golf Club, located in Dulles, Virginia. We would like to especially thank all of our sponsors over the past thirty years, including our Title, Exclusive & Presenting Sponsors, each of which have allowed us to meet the fundraising needs of the Camp. What has been achieved through your contributions is truly amazing. Over 12,000 children have been blessed by Camp Fantastic, and without you, that would not have been possible. We are very proud of the Camp Fantastic grounds at the 4-H Complex in Front Royal, VA, and particularly the large and impressive playground facility, dedicated in the name of Steven D. "Jake" Jacoby. Jake was a great friend of Special Love/Camp Fantastic, who was tragically lost on September 11, 2001. These facilities speak to the incredible difference this tournament and your support has provided over the past 30 years. Thank you!
