QUALITY AWARENESS WORKSHOP FOR TOP MANAGEMENT - ISO 9001:2015 OVERVIEW: In the past, compliance with the standard was often the Quality Manager’s responsibility. This resulted in a Quality Management System operating in isolation within the Quality Assurance Department. The intent of ISO 9001:2008 is that Top Management has to demonstrate its support and involvement in the development and implementation of the QMS. Thus active participation in establishing and managing processes to ensure compliance with the needs of customers, interested parties, legal and/or regulatory requirements is vital. COURSE OUTLINE: The course consists of the following: • Quality Concepts and Terminology • Requirements of ISO 9001:2015 • Management Responsibility • Quality Policy and Objectives at all functions and levels • Quality Management Principles and their application COURSE DURATION: Half (1/2) day FEES: R1 650.00 (excl. VAT) per delegate
QUALITY AWARENESS WORKSHOP FOR SHOPFLOOR WORKERS - ISO 9001 OVERVIEW: ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, is based on processes and systems that affect the quality of products and services throughout their life cycle. This is in recognising that products and services delivered by organisations are a result of the inputs from the shop floor personnel. There is therefore a great need to improve quality awareness and understanding of their roles and responsibilities. COURSE OUTLINE: The course consists of the following: • The importance of Quality and Quality Management Systems • Quality Concepts • Objectives • How processes affect each other • The roles and importance of workers in an organisation • Advantages of the Quality Management Systems COURSE DURATION: Half (1/2) day FEES: R1 650.00 (excl. VAT) per delegate
09
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OVERVIEW: More organizations are realizing the benefit of integrating various Management Systems, each with their own requirements, into one system to make control over all the aspects easier. This course is aimed at giving learners an understanding of the various Management System standards and how they can be integrated into one system. COURSE OUTLINE: • Introduction to integrated Management Systems • Integrated Management Systems - Requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. • Audit Techniques & Audit Types • Classification of Findings • Written Reports • Examination COURSE DURATION: Five (5) days FEES: R8 250.00 (excl.
