REWA’S ANNUAL GALA gathers our community of refugees, immigrants, and supporters for a spectacular celebration to empower refugee and immigrant families and help them succeed in their new country. This special event features a reception, followed by a delicious dinner, speakers, and live entertainment from around the globe. The Annual Gala is ReWA’s most important fundraiser and is a vital element to our continued success.

MISSION STATEMENT Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA) is a non-profit, multi-ethnic organization that promotes inclusion, independence, personal leadership, and strong communities by providing refugee and immigrant women and their families with culturally and linguistically appropriate services. ReWA advocates for social justice, public policy changes, and equal access to services while respecting cultural values and the right to self-determination.

ABOUT REWA In 2015, ReWA served more than 11,000 clients through helps thousands of clients on their path to self-sufficiency through Early Childhood Education, Behavioral Health Counseling, Anti-Human Trafficking Services, ESL Classes, Vocational Training, Citizenship Classes, Youth Programs, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Programs, Senior Services, Developmental Disabilities Services, Parent Education, Family Support, and Employment Programs. These services, delivered in 37 languages, are designed to make a long-lasting impact in our clients’ lives and help them thrive in the Puget Sound community.
