Mobile Bidding: We Need Your Guests’ Information We will be using mobile bidding through Greater Giving during the gala for the Silent Auction items. Electronic bidding will be the only method you can use to bid on Silent Auction items. Upon registration you will be asked to register your mobile device so that you have the ability to bid on Silent Auction items. If you do not have a mobile device, then you may place your bids with one of our “Bidder Buddies” who will be stationed throughout the ballroom. All items are offered in AS IS condition. All sales are final. Payment in full is expected at the end of the evening and can be made with prior express pay or at the checkout stations located in the room off of the atrium. All items are to be taken with you when you leave unless otherwise indicated. For larger items, please make arrangements with Ron Hollowell (216-332-1751) before leaving. You may begin bidding as soon as you arrive. Using your mobile device you will have the ability to bid on items that list a required minimum raise. The Silent Auction tables will be closed at specific times throughout the night according to the announcements made by the Auctioneer. The last bidder with the highest valid bid is the winner. In the Live Auction, bids will be recognized by the Auctioneer and items will be awarded to the highest bidder. Decisions of the Auctioneer will be final, and final bids accepted by the auctioneer constitute a binding purchase agreement. Please provide us with the names of your guests, as well as their cellular telephone number and email address at the time you purchase your tickets. The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights will host its seventh annual Celebration of Life Gala on Friday, October 21, 2016 at The Westin Cleveland Hotel, 777 St. Clair Ave NE in downtown Cleveland. This gala will bring together the residents, staff, benefactors, and our community for an enjoyable evening. Proceeds from the event will be used toward costs for renovating our premier senior living community to keep it state-of-the-art, and to continue our Mission to provide Compassion, Competence and the Celebration of Life to all entrusted to our community of care. This letter is our official request to ask you for your support of this year’s Celebration of Life gala. We are looking for items for our live and silent auctions.
